No reply from them yet and I’m still waiting for my order.

Ordered on June 5,02025 and was provided a Fedex tracking number. 15 days later and there have been no updates. Don't think the order has been shipped. They took my money and I have nothing.
I should have known better after reading all the one star reviews left for this company. BUYER BEWARE......this company's delivery service sucks!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order with Its Delish on June 8 with the understanding that it would arrive within 3 to 6 business days. I received a FedEx tracking number, but it never progressed beyond “label created.” The items never shipped. What did happen immediately, though, was the charge to my credit card.

I emailed the company four separate times trying to get a status update. I politely asked for information and requested an estimated ship date—not once did I get a reply. No acknowledgment, no update, no resolution. I finally had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.

The complete lack of communication is unacceptable. All they had to do to retain me as a customer was respond. Even a simple “We’re looking into it” would’ve gone a long way. Instead, I was met with silence.

A business that ignores its customers—especially when they’ve already taken their money—is not one I will ever deal with again. Poor customer service doesn’t just lose a sale. It loses every future sale. Its Delish made that choice clear by ghosting me.

Buyer beware. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect help. You’ll be on your own.

I ordered Jordan Almonds. They were stale, tasteless, and inedible. Contacted the store for a refund and was told that they couldn't possibly be stale, and that Jordan Almonds "are supposed to taste that way." I've eaten plenty of Jordan Almonds in my life and believe me, Jordan Almonds are not supposed to be mealy and impossible to bite into. I would never buy from this store again as they do not stand behind their products. Food does not last forever and Jordan Almonds are no exception.

My order was put on 5/28/2025, and Dekush charged my AMEX card the same day. However, 13 days passed USPS tracking system still shows waiting for vendor to send them shipping package. During this long waiting days, I sent Delish two email on 6/3 and 6/6 asked if they can help to check why they still not send my package to carrier(USPS). No response until 6/10 I received Delish's email and asked me to call them. Finally , I called Delish and a presentative lady said that it might be some one misplaced my order and offered an option to refund my money. They refund my money then same day. For this reason, I give Delish a two star instead of one.

I have been buying from It’s Delish for years - their dried fruit is amazing and healthy. I just tried honey-roasted pecans, almonds and sunflower seeds. Big mistake. They were roasted, but not with honey. There is sugar, but it is mostly at the bottom of the bag.

I received my order and, I was delighted with the way the nuts looked and tasted.

I placed an order over a week ago and when I go to FedEx to track package, it says they haven’t even received it yet! I understand if there’s delays with everything going on right now, but I would expect outreach from the company to let me know not just hang in the wind!

Zante Currents are small and delicious; perfect for scones and cookie bark. I prefer them to raisins because they are the perfect combination is size and sweetness. Candied pecans are good but they are a little soggy. Delivery was quick. Thank you.

Ordered roasted pumpkin seeds. They were burnt, yellow, and tasteless. Contacted It's Delish and they said they'd respond, but NEVER got back to me. Should rename the company "It's Disgusting".

Had a lot of crumbs more than expected instead of whole nuts. A little disappointing

I have ordered from your company. Many times and have enjoyed everything. I have gotten from you. The products are always of the first quality and yummy.

This fajita seasoning is THE BEST we ever tasted. Everyone who taste our carne asada, tells us it’s the Best they’ve had.

Worst experience EVERRRR!!! I made my purchase on Monday (over the phone) and was promised that my order would be shipped out that day. I expresses to the lady that I spoke with that I needed it by Saturday and she kept reassuring me that I would receive it before then. Long story short, I called on Friday only to find out that it was never shipped, the owner didn't even sound remorseful. He blamed it on the shipping company instead of taking accountability for his company's mistake. I had to go on Nuts.com and received it the next day. If you're looking for nuts pls save yourself the trouble, I definitely recommend nuts.com instead.

Have been informed that "last of order" delivered, but checking with USPS most of order has only had the notice of label prepared. Sent email about this, got told to call. Did so-twice, each time lady answering said she had someone else on hold and would call me back. Never called back. Previous order (made in response to "get $20 back), placed >$200 order, but never got the $20 back. Very poor support
