Might be alright if you actually receive the order. Tracking says label was made waiting for items, so am I.

The delivery is the slowest that I have ever experienced with any vendor. The communication is also unexceptable. Multiple calls with the same answer repeatedly. It's been 4 weeks and still have not received my order.

No doubt the recipes are delicious and for me, easy to follow. What I am not impressed with is their inaccuracy for keto friendly meals. I have looked up two top 20 lists for keto, friendly steak, recipes, and keto, friendly side dishes. One being a sweet potato mash, and the other a beef and broccoli. Sweet potato is definitely not a keto approved food item, and the beef and broccoli called for cornstarch… Definitely not a keto friendly ingredient.

Great products, good service, will continue to use this company.

I don’t do well with a computer or my phone ordering something on line. By the time I tried checking out I had ordered three times more than I wanted. So I gave up and calk d your company. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the lady who helped me with my order. She was very patient, friendly and helpful!!! We completed my order within minutes. I’ll call the next time I need anything instead of wasting a half hour or more on the phone. Thank you.

I am missing a product I ordered and needed it specifically this week for a wedding I need to get it ready for.

I had to call the office and find out why my order hadn't shipped.

My order received was wrong. I ordered 3 items, and what I received was 2 of the 3 were the wrong items. Also, now I have to wait for the correct items to be sent with a return label for the wrong items. It's difficult for me, considering I'm handy capped, to get the package of wrong items back to them. But i don't want to be double charged.

I ordered a 2lb variety bag of dried fruit for $25.00 and when I received it had more than a pound of prunes which I don't like and are totally useless to me. I called customer service, and they told me they would send me a 1/2 a pound of the variety of fruit I would like. I was extremely furious that's like a slap in the face very poor business ethic in not helping your customers. The right thing would be to match what I purchased and or a refund. Now they want me to return the fruit at my expense. what are you kidding. I will never ever order from you again plus I will let everyone know how poor your customer service is. "DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!" I HAD TO RATE THIS COMPANY WITH ONE STAR WOULD HAVE MUCH BETTER GIVEN THEM NONE!!!! 1 STAR IS MUCH TO MUCH FOR THEM.

I ordered everything bagel seasoning - the jar was entirely full of onion flakes! I maybe could see a sesame seed. It was disgusting to call this everything bagel seasoning. When I asked for a refund I got the run around. I was told they would send sesame and poppy seeds separately and I could mix them together. I've yet to receive the "fix". I DO NOT recommend this product.

The picture that is shown advertising their product is totally different than what I have received!
Those walnut appear to be from 2023! They are not spoiled,just the appearance is not good!
Cannot use them as a decorative item,they are too bruised !

The delivery date was 2 weeks after I ordered it. I placed my order December 26 and it gave me an estimate of delivery January 7!
Not very timely during the holidays

I emailed the customer service to ask them if this is the actual time and if should I cancel my order because it’s taking so long and I’ve never heard a response back

Getting dehydrated carrots without any additives,oils or sugar is a joy for us.

I ordered this product hoping it would be the same or similar to the Christmas gift I received last year- NOT even close! Popcorn is tough & quality control is poor. The topper was Delish' 3-5 day shipping quote on their website that took 9 days from CA to WA!?
