You didn't even send the item yet after almost a week!

The candied ginger I ordered came quickly and tasted fresh, but half the bag was crystallized into one giant lump. When I emailed them, it took a week to hear back—then they just said it “sometimes happens in transit.” Good flavor, but the service shrug kinda soured the snack.

Product of mixed fruits was mostly raisins.

The chocolate mint disks arrived in an insulated box with stay cold packs. Although the box was no longer cold, the chocolate arrived ship shape! The disks are divine!! Thank you for such a wonderful product!!

Bought the orange-rind ganache almonds for a bridal shower— big hit! Three bags arrived fresh, one came crushed. Customer service refunded fast but still a bummer day-of. Flavor is bright and addictive; wish more pieces stay intact during shipping.

I ordered chocolate covered black licorice on July 9th. and have never received the 2lbs. I ordered. I would still like the order. if it's even possible.

Like the product and fast delivery

Wrong product sent and customer service has been a nightmare. They reached out when I made a complaint on Amazon but ghosted me after I provided proof of the error. Maybe they want me to contact the customer who was supposed to get this package to see if he has mine.

This product was a big letdown—overwhelmingly sweet to the point where I couldn’t enjoy what I had hoped would be a delicious treat. Very disappointed.

I placed my order over a week ago and I got an email saying it was shipped. When I checked the tracking, it showed the while a label had been made, the order remained in their warehouse. Same the next day. And the next. And the next. etc. For over a week the order has not moved. I wrote an email to them but have received no response so far

I never received my order and have tried to contact the company about a refund. I did get an out of office email from Jocelyn which said she would be back and look into it 7 days ago and haven't heard back.
Very disappointed with Delish but I'm holding out hope I'll get my $45.67 back.
Update: Same issue as several others here. FedEx label created, but never shipped. I'm never going to get my money back! It's Delish should be put out of business. Do not buy anything from them, they steal your money!

I found the sugar free chocolate covered cashews disappointing. They had a weird gritty texture that both my husband and I found unappealing. I have had other brands of sugar free chocolate covered nuts that tasted like the regular ones and was expecting the same for these. I will not be ordering them again.

Not real favorable just kind of blah tasting

It's in Hollywood and I still get to receive my my product and I said beam here in 36 days it's been over 2 weeks I've asked for my purchase to be refunded and I haven't heard anything back it's hard to get a hold of customer service

Yogurt blueberries are good but a little too sweet for my liking.

Shipping was fast for a good product at a reasonable price.

You sent forty five dollars worth of candies MELTED then demanded a picture, which i sent. Still waiting for a refund. Your company is the WORST

No reply from them yet and I’m still waiting for my order.
