I called on Monday, October 13 asking about my order which was supposed to arrive on October 9th (I paid for fast shipping!). I was told that it was delayed and I asked for it to be cancelled. However, it arrived on October 14th. I called several times and emailed about cancellation but no one responds. I think the service is not good and I am now stuck with the product I don’t need!

Was very satisfied with not only the delivery but also the quality of the product! Thank you!

Poor communication. Inaccurate shipping times. Terrible customer service. No initiative.

The toffee coated cashews were ok. I've had better though.

I placed an order Sept 24. Most of it arrived Oct 1st. It's Oct 10th now.

One of my items had a "B.O." written in.
I called in the day I opened the package (1st or 2nd), and got a "yes, that's back ordered and will ship Monday" response.

I have *not* had any further communication, even with multiple emails (replying to the sales email address, which they claim works) or the generic info@ address, or another automatic message for my remaining items being shipped.

On top of that, the order shows complete on my profile, even though half my order wasn't filled.

I love these guys chocolate products, but the customer experience for problems needs some serious attention.

I ordered the item for a friend who was not feeling too great. She was impressed by the packaging of the items; and it turns out nuts are one of her favorite things.

Paid significantly extra for expedited 2 days shipping. 4 days later my order was still not here so I had to cancel the order. This was 4 days ago and I have not heard a response back from the company when inquiring about the order or cancellation.

We ordered on 9/24 and our order hasn't even shipped yet with no explanation from your company. Very disappointed in the poor service and lack of communication.

I order all the time. One of my recent orders arrived partly melted. After radio silence when I complained you finally offered to replace the items but I never recived any replacement. If I could find my items elsewhere I would but I cant

I grabbed a five-pound bag of their dried mango to tide me through exam season. Flavor is solid—bright, tangy, not too sugary—but half the strips were tough enough to audition for shoe leather and there’s a faint plastic aftertaste that lingers. Shipping slid two weeks past the original window with zero updates; box arrived beaten-up and taped like it had toured the country. Good price, decent snack, just don’t count on it for deadlines or gifts.

It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve only received part of my order and I have not received any response from multiple emails. I would not order again from this company.

I want to love this place but they make it hard. First, I placed an order and there was no warning that the product was unavailable. After 10 days, I messaged to find out why it hadn't been ship. That was the first time they told me it was backordered. They did not offer to send a replacement, but we like the product, so I ordered a different color (and paid for it). I ordered a color they said was IN STOCK and ready to ship.
AGAIN... 10 days later, I'm trying to find out the status of the order. Emailed customer service, no response.

Any time I click on a tracking link, I get the message that the label has been created but the package hasn't been picked up by the carrier yet. The tracking links are beyond useless.

So eventually order #2 showed up, almost 3 weeks after I placed the order -- for an item that was supposedly in stock and ready to ship. Then about two weeks after we received it, they finally answered my email !!!!! with a message saying the order had been canceled.

The first order eventually made it to us as well, with no apology or discount or note to say "thanks for waiting."

Like I said, they make it REALLY REALLY hard to be a customer, but if you ever get the products, the quality is good.

Ordered white chocolate dipped pretzels. Took slmost 2 months to arrive as a melted together glob. They werent even "white chocolate dipped at all. They were yogurt dipped. Not what I paid for. Customer service is so slow to respond, its ridiculous. Just kept saying we need to wait for them to arrive. Amazon wouldnt issue refund because it was a food item. Had to dispute charge on my credit card to receive a refund. Wouldnt recommend.

It's Delish website is very easy to use. The package of Golden Raisins arrived the same week of placing the order. They are much nicer than anything that is sold in my local area.

A shipping label was created on 8/24 as of today 9/1 it is showing that it has still not shipped if you can not ship please refund my money that has already been paid

Nothing delivered to OnTrac after 5 days last time I checked
Sent email days ago, no response
