Great service and on time every month. First order went missing, but no problem, I got in touch with customer service and they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. Very helpful and courteous.

Omg for years The fleas!!
Omg for years I have struggled with recurring fleas using spot on! Regular monthly applications but still finding fleas! My cats are both indoor cats so it freaked me out anyhow since finding this itch product it has been a breath of fresh air no longer spending hours combing/bathing/hoovering it was endless xx

We order Itch pet flea and worm treatment for our cat Suki, on this occasion our subscription was delayed by Royal Mail by a few days, we contacted Itch to arrange a solution, I was placed on an email thread with a lovely person named Leigha, she listened to my complaint and addressed it as such, we were so lucky to be placed with Leigha as she arranged a speedy replacement for our subscription and then also refunded us due to us having to outsource other treatment to avoid Suki being overdue. I then asked Leigha about pushing back the payment date of Sukis ongoing subscriptions so that when the treatment arrived at my home in future i could give it to Suki without her being overdone on treatment. Leigha had no issue with this and very kindly told me to email her again when the replacement arrived so she could push the date back of my subscription to keep the convenience for us and our pet. I cannot thank Leigha enough for turning what was at first a strongly worded email into a wonderful conversation about how she can assist us. Our issue was completely resolved and we are so happy with the service provided.

Regular treatments sent out
I accessed Itch initially to get treatment for fleas and tics for my cat. Since then I have been sent additional treatment packages on a regular basis. This has saved me time as I no longer need to remember to order them.

Leigha at this company was great
Leigha at this company was great, she helped me with everything I needed as this company do, ive been using them for over 8 year or more, order online, gets delivered and then ok from fleas, tricks etc for another month, they also do cat wormer liquid which is so good as no tablets to try and get down in your cats mouth thank god,

Itch Flea falls under the AVM-GSL (Authorised Veterinary Medicine – General Sales List) category, which means it can be legally sold without a prescription and does not require a licensed store or an SQP on-site.
While the packaging uses the term “Vet Strength,” this phrase is commonly used in marketing to indicate that the product meets high standards rather than implying it is a POM-V (Prescription Only Medicine – Veterinarian) or an NFA-VPS (Non-Food Animal – Veterinarian, Pharmacist, SQP) product.

I began a subscription in July and have since been charged every month. I haven’t received any product since my July order. I’ve been trying for weeks to get a hold of them to see what’s going on but I’ve had no response.
Update as of 09 Sept: Itch tried to have my review removed for “defamatory content.”

We’re really sorry your orders didn’t arrive and that you struggled to reach us. We found your account details when you contacted us yesterday, and we refunded the missing orders immediately.
We reported the word “scam” because it suggests Itch deliberately took payment dishonestly or fraudulently. That isn’t what happened, which is why we considered that specific wording defamatory. We weren’t trying to prevent you from sharing your experience or criticism—and we fully accept that this was not the best experience.
We did put things right as soon as you contacted us on the 8th September.
It is never our intention to cause issues for our customers and we will always ensure we will do our best to help.
