The last flea treatment didn't work and it cost me nearly £13 for that and some treats

item never arrived, despite several calls and checks. brought from another company instead after waiting over a month and a 1/2 for it.

Ordering was so simple- picked breed, age and what products we wanted/needed, also recommends what we might need.
We ordered a spot on flea treatment, wormer and some calming treats, the fact I dont need to set a reminder on my phone or mark our calender is great, each month the flea treatment will arrive and we know its time to treat again, wormer quarterly again will arrive to remind us- two thinks to put out of mind till they arrive. The treats are a pre bedtime treat for our girly, she knows the routine of pee, treat then bed and within 30mins shes peacefully resting and actually sleeping soundly. Our girl has been through a lot and struggles with anxiety and trauma response- she lost her owner(my mum), my dads been unwell and she was attacked last year and lost her sister shortly after, her anxiety and pain from a healed fractured pelvis and back has left her in constant alert mode and nervous but now shes relaxing and sleeping soundly, which gives us peace of mind.
They don't smell horrendous like some treats, and she enjoys every chomp of her little biscuit.

Delivery was quick- it stated delivery would be the end of the week but it arrived within 2 days, depends what time you order I suppose.

I will send their praises from the roof, great customer service, great communication, great product 10/10 highly recommend

Your product doesn't work, my dogs now have fleas. They didn't before, so I am going back to my previous method of flea control

Order always comes on time so don’t have to think about when I next have to flea my cat . Very understanding about changing order to meet my cats needs .

Easy service, great price and product

The flea treatment has not worked out for my cats it has become a problem that I didn't have before using this product I just thought it would be more convenient to have it posted out instead so now will be going to the vets as cannot continue any further.
Poor cats, I am very disappointed.

Great service delivered on time well done

I’m not someone who normally leaves reviews, but I feel this is important information for other cat owners to be aware of.

After giving my cat Gracie her wormer tablet at the correct dose for her weight, she became extremely lethargic. Her eyes were very heavy and drooped at the sides, she was stumbling and unsteady on her feet, and her back legs were giving way.

I had read the information on the box before giving her the tablet, but I hadn’t read the full leaflet inside. In hindsight, that was a huge mistake and one I certainly won’t make again. The leaflet lists neurological effects as a possible side effect, and I was shocked to see the fine print states this can be as common as 1 in 8 cats.

Luckily Gracie was indoors for a while after taking the tablet so we were able to see that something was wrong and kept her inside overnight. Had she gone outside as she normally would, we may never have known that she was stumbling and that her back legs were giving way. She could have collapsed somewhere outside, wandered into a road and been in a huge amount of danger.

Whilst I understand that side effects can occur with any medication, this particular warning needs to be made much more obvious. If a cat can become lethargic, unsteady or develop problems with their coordination after taking it, owners need to know so they can keep their cat indoors and monitor them afterwards.

Please make sure you read the entire leaflet before giving this medication, not just the information on the box. I really hope this review helps another cat owner avoid the huge worry and panic we experienced with Gracie. From now on, she will only have treatment prescribed by the vet as we feel we cannot risk buying online again.

I’ve been giving my 9 cats tablets for years and they’re generally very good with them, so I wasn’t expecting these to be such a struggle. Unfortunately, these are by far the largest tablets I’ve ever seen for cats, and they were extremely difficult for them to swallow.

What would normally be a quick and straightforward job became very stressful, both for us and the cats. Several of them really struggled to swallow the tablets and bit their tongues, despite usually being perfectly fine with medication.

One of our cats is particularly skittish, so we didn’t feel comfortable attempting to put such a large tablet down his throat when he’s used to much smaller ones. Instead, we crushed it into his food. He only ate a small amount, refused the rest, and then was sick just a few minutes later. We now will have to purchase another tablet that he’s had before as this one was completely wasted.

I understand that different cats will react differently, but for a product specifically designed for cats, I found the size of these tablets really impractical. I wouldn’t choose these again based on our experience, which is a shame as I’d read good things about Itch online, hence why I made the swap this month.

Easy subscription service. Does what it says on the tin. Would recommend if you want a stress free way of taking care of your pets!

Affordable, very efficient delivery and I’ve never had an issue with dogs getting fleas or ticks since using this product.

I have been using this company for more than 3 years and I can't praise them enough!
Excellent customer service if there is a problem they deal with it straight away, though the password reset link needs a bit of attention but wide range of products available and the lowest price I have found AND delivered free right on time the next dose is due with a nice touch of having your pets name on it.
This company is a no-brainer for you if you want good quality products and service at a great price so over all a great company I totally recommend 100%
