Quick delivery and great product
Quick delivery and great product, I just wish both wormer and flea/tick products would come in a meat block form. It took me a lot attempts to get worming tablet down here and I don’t like how flea product makes her coat greasy for a couple of days. Products itself though, I can’t fault to prevent pests.

Unable to unsubscribe even after our cat’s death…
Great service while we were using it, not too expensive and good reminders before next billing period. Unfortunately the experience has been marred a little by the fact that I’ve still been receiving emails, despite manually unsubscribing twice because our cat died. Not really nice to have reminders that our little boy is no longer with us, and this was after I cancelled our subscription and notified the company of his death. Feels a bit unprofessional to still be getting emails asking to rate the service after I unsubscribed because I didn’t want to be reminded of our pets death. Was also still charged for our last round of treatment even though our cat had died 💔 …

Losing a pet is heart breaking, and I’m really sorry that our emails continued after you unsubscribed and notified us of your cat’s passing. You should never have had to receive reminders or review requests in those circumstances, and I completely understand how upsetting that must have been.
I also want to apologise for the final charge that went through after your cat had died. That shouldn’t have happened, and I’m very sorry for the added distress it caused.
I’ve now flagged this internally so we can make sure your details are fully removed from all mailing lists, and so we can review what went wrong to prevent this happening to anyone else. If you’re comfortable sharing the email address linked to your account, I’ll double‑check that everything is fully cancelled and ensure any incorrect charges are resolved.

I bought Itch for my 3 dogs I tried it…
I bought Itch for my 3 dogs I tried it for two months and I had to buy another product as Itch never done the job .
My three dogs still got fleas and ticks.
I live in the countryside .
My pets are more likely to encounter fleas,Ticks ,and harvest mites .
I cancelled my subscription after the 2nd dose failed .
May I add the 1st course never worked either I put that down to maybe it needs a time limit to be reactive .
It was pretty much a waste of money .
I now pay my Vet nearly double the price for a treatment that has worked perfectly after the 1st dose .
Itch was worth a try if it was going to save me money.
It is obviously making someone money from a product that simply never done the job I paid for .
I subscribed as it had great reviews.
Now it is time for an honest review.
From someone who has 3 dogs and gave it a try for two months .
It failed the flea hoping and tick test on my dogs :-(

The delivery these past few months however is shocking. Mine never got delivered for 4 months. Customer service was quite helpful sending a replacement out which also never arrived, so eventually they sent it recorded deliver to make sure I got it

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, after taking two loads of payments one on the 1st of the month the other on the 15th for 4 months I’m now being over charged for my cats flea treatment £12.89 a month that’s it for me I’m afraid, flea treatment wasn’t bad just the site/customer service

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. I’ve used Itch for 3 months now. Simple to order. Delivery always on time, and notifications of the parcels location along the journey. Easy to apply and gentle but effective. Fantastic price. I pay £8 per delivery for my imperial Shih Tzu, who has allergies, that’s been no issue for itch. Highly recommended to all my doggy club friends too.

The flea stuff spot on works fine. Their worming stuff is tablet form and that is not of any use to me for my cats.
So, great for fleas, not so much for worms. Perhaps they will introduce a spot-on for this in due course.

I bought this for a family member’s…
I bought this for a family member’s cats. They haven’t had any issues but we decided to get the one from the vet instead. It covered more concerns and was about the same price.

The flea treatment did not work…
The flea treatment did absolutely not work. I informed the company a couple of times and was told to leave it longer so the fleas would die but this didn't happen and we ended up getting bitten by them several times, which made life extremely stressful. I would not buy this product again

We're so sorry to hear that you think our product doesn't work for your pet.
However, Itch Flea is scientifically proven and approved by vets to kill adult fleas in 24 hours and stop the development of flea eggs and larvae. It's hard to say, but your pet's Itch Flea treatment might not be working for you because it needs to be applied correctly.
To guarantee effectiveness, stick to our House Rules every time you apply Itch Flea to your pet:
• Keep' em dry. Your pet can't get wet for 48 hours (this includes walkies in the rain).
• Don’t touch the treated area. Hands off.
• No licking the treated area (your pet, not you…).
• Don't share your bed with your pet on the night your pet is treated.
• Treat all your pets in your household at the same time, ideally in the evening.
• Weigh your pet regularly and tell us about any changes so that we can adjust their dose.
If you've already follow these steps to a T, then I think we need to get the big guns out. On top of treating your pet for fleas, you also need to treat your house. This is because 95% of fleas live in your home, not on your pet. If you haven't done so already, spray your entire home with a household flea spray and make sure to vacuum regularly.
