Bestelling snel geleverd, helaas zat er een verkeerde armband bij. Reageren binnen 48 uur op e-mail. Toch vrij snel weer een nieuwe zending ontvangen, helaas weer een verkeerde armband. Reageren vriendelijk, per mail, helaas voor de 3e keer niet het juiste artikel ontvangen, deel van mijn geld binnen een week terug ontvangen.

Super tevreden

Super tevreden! Op Instagram kwamen de helende armbandjes voorbij, website bezocht, kortingscode kwam voorbij en gelijk twee stuks besteld en betaald. Ontving plots een aantal mail bevestigingen en vervolgens ontving ik vanmorgen de mooie armbandjes. Geen klachten hoor. Jammer te lezen dat anderen wel lang op hun bestelling hebben moeten wachten. Hopelijk was dit alleen in een bepaalde periode vanwege onderbezetting o.i.d.

Making a real difference…I was sceptical!

I recently bought a carnelian and a tourmaline bracelet to help improve my mood and general well being (I have a 6 month old and a 2 1/2 year old so I’m exhausted and have been feeling quite run down recently!) I have honestly really found they are making a difference in the way I am feeling and have improved my mood no end. I am usually quite sceptical about things like this but I honestly believe they are making a difference. I would love to see other stones available as I love the style of the bracelets and the fact they are 100% waterproof. I don’t have to worry about them going mouldy/smelly or leaving colour marks on my wrist! I look forward to further additions to your collection!

Goede service

Ik had twee verschillende armbandjes besteld. Nadat ik erachter kwam dat ik de verkeerde had ontvangen, heb ik Isla-Ida een e-mail gestuurd met een foto van mijn ontvangen armbandjes. Isla-Ida heeft mij de volgende dag de juiste armbandjes gestuurd. De armbandjes die ik al had, mocht ik houden. Top!!

De spring Pack armbandjes zijn mooi van kleur en van stevig materiaal. De kwaliteit is goed. Ik ben blij met m’n vrolijke armbandjes. Laat de zomer maar komen:)

2 mois après la commande je n'ai toujours pas reçu le colis alors la la livraison est garanti maximum 10 a 20 jours, et quand on contacte le service client toujours le même message automatique qui dit de patienter, pas plus d'information.

Erg slecht

27 februari zou mijn pakketje verstuurd zijn (bevestiging gekregen) volgende dag kon ik de track and trace volgen en zou hij die dag geleverd worden, kreeg een bericht dat dit 1 dag vertraagd was. Prima kan ik mee leven.
Volgende dag, weer 1 a 2 dagen vertraagd.. dit bericht krijg ik nu al een hele week en nog steeds niks ontvangen en ook geen nieuwe bezorgdatum. Ik heb ze gemaild en krijg een of andere automatisch mailtje terug dat ik gewoon moet afwachten en dat het binnen 7 a 10 werkdagen zou moeten aankomen. Dus niet de 24-48 uur die ze beloven.
Ben bang dat ik niks meer ga ontvangen en mijn geld kwijt ben.

Import moms og levering fra andet land end firmaet ligger i.

Smykkerne er super fine, men min pakke blev sendt fra Serbien, uden for EU, hvilket betød både import moms og håndteringsgebyr til PostNord, hvorfor pakken kom til at koste næsten det dobbelte. Desuden kunne pakken ikke spores og jeg vidste derfor ikke hvornår pakken kom, eller hvorfor den var så lang tid undervejs.

Best customer service!

At the end of the year of 2021, my mom unexpectedly passed away. She wore her bracelet but with the circumstances it was cut. So I couldn't wear it.

I messaged customer service asking if they still have that certain bracelet, also telling my story. Customer service immediately got back to me. Trying to track down the bracelet. Helping me out the best way possible! During the emails back and forth, I got told they didn't deliver to Europe yet, but as soon as they do they would ship out. When I got the email today 02/24/2022, that are sending it out, I immediately started crying with joy and my mom in the back of my head.

I can't stop thanking them and I kept on thanking the cs rep many times and I am truly appreciative.

I will definitely order in the future, and friends already have said they will too.

Best customer service, I have ever experienced!

Again thank you so much!

Do not order

Ordered at the beginning of the month and still haven't received my item. Also emailed customer services 4 times and no response on tracking.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A HAPPY CUSTOMER

after seeing the negative reviews I feel compelled to share my experience.

I am also a new customer (end of Dec 2021) and have placed 2 orders in the meantime. With my 1st order I had ordered 3 different bracelets and 3 pieces of each bracelet. 1 set was the wrong one (went for 'Sunstone bracelet but got the 'more olives please'. I sent them an email about this and immediately received an email back with the apologies and that I could keep the wrong bracelet (3 pieces) delivered and that I would still receive the Sun Stone bracelet, but I was also allowed to choose something else since the desired bracelet was not in stock.

I chose to wait and received the email yesterday that the Sun Stone bracelet (3 pieces) has been sent and that amother bracelet was given as a gift for the inconvenience caused (keep in mind that I didn't have to pay for the wrong received bracelet, and in the email I offered to pay for the wrongly received bracelet so I could keep them also, and they didn't accept my offer and instead gave it for free!!). I am very satisfied and find their customer service FANTASTIC! I also had no problems reaching them at all, so I absolutely cannot agree with the negative reactions.

Beautiful necklace 😍

I made an order and was worried if wasn't going to arrive after waiting more than a week..wrote a quick message on Instagram and was answered straight away and was given tracking number so I could follow it up..totally understandable that shipping and deliveries are not as quick these days..my necklace came yesterday. The packaging is cute with little stickers and a discount code for next time.the necklace itself is absolutely beautiful I put it on Straight away, I can't wait to make another order with more this time.

Product are ok. But the fact that company is writing EVERYWHERE how it is based in Netherlands and then after a month(!) of waiting I get a surprise: a package came but... I have to pay customs clearance costs because really it comes from.... Serbia (👏). I understand that such countries have cheap cost of employment but...come on...Wouldn't you want for your customers to come back to you?? Don't you want to build some credibility? Such a disappointment 😞

Eerste twee x dat ik er besteld heb was prima. De laatste keer ontbrak er een item. Ze sturen gewoon elke keer een geautomatiseerd mailtje terug maar lossen het niet op. Waardeloze communicatie. Het product heb ik dus ook nog steeds niet.
Dit was de laatste x dat ik er besteld heb.
Je krijgt toch de indruk dat de goede intenties die ze beweren (zoals bomen planten etc) niets meer is dan een mooi verhaal.

Uiteindelijk na mijn review op trustpilot is het een soort van opgelost. Het item was er niet meer maar er kon iets anders worden uitgezocht. Het cadeau was dus anders en te laat, maar het is er …
