Ik was aanvankelijk wat sceptisch over ISLA IDA vanwege enkele negatieve recensies, maar besloot toch een bestelling te plaatsen. Mijn pyriet aura armband werd binnen ongeveer 15 dagen geleverd met een koerier en de kwaliteit was uitstekend. Ik kreeg zelfs een gratis armband in een rode kleur. Bovendien heb ik eerder een anti-angstset besteld voor mij en mijn dochter, die we fantastisch vonden. Een nieuw setje voor een vriend had een klein probleem met de levering, maar de geweldige service van ISLA IDA hielp dit soepel op te lossen. Over het algemeen ben ik erg tevreden met de kwaliteit van de producten en de vriendelijke klantenservice. Hoewel er altijd ruimte is voor verbetering, vooral met betrekking tot communicatie en leveringsinformatie, zou ik zeker weer bestellen bij ISLA IDA. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was a bit suspicious about this company after reading a few of negative reviews. I did place the order anyway. I ordered pyrite aura bracelet and I got it delivered with courier within around 15 days. Excellent quality, she came with complimentary bracelet in red colour. I will definitely order more, thank you 🥰

Avrei voluto leggere prima queste recensioni purtroppo... Non ho più notizie del mio ordine dopo l'email che fosse stato "spedito". Non c'è un modo per tracciare, nessuno ti risponde e ti dà informazioni. Ridatemi indietro i soldi!!!!!!!!!!!

I had ordered the anti anxiety set a while ago...one for me and one for my daughter. We love them and they look fantastic. I decided to order another set for my friend and there was a little problem with Royal Mail. I emailed Isla- Ida and I had the most amazing help and advice from Rare L and eventually my package arrived and I know I will have a happy friend. Thanks for such amazing service. I will be ordering again soon. 👍

Their jewellery is better than on the photo's and very durable. Love it to bits. The customer service goed above and beyond. I had a small hick-up with shipments and they responded very friendly and really solved the problem and kept me informed. Even followed up! Highly recommended.

Every piece I've ever puchased (both bracelets and necklaces) is even more beautiful in person than it looks on the site, and the quality never disappoints. Very elegant, well designed and go with everything, I can't take them off!
I can also share from my direct experience that the costumer service is a true gem, one of the kindest and most understanding I've ever dealt with. It's always been a pleasure interacting with the lovely Sophie L., the amount of kindness, support and empathy I've got throughout my latest purchase experience have truly made a difference. Ich habe am 16.12.23 bestellt und heute, 3.1.24 immer noch nicht erhalten! Bezahlt wurde die Bestellung auch noch. Ich bin stinksauer und möchte mein Geld wieder haben!

Didn’t get my free bracelet after spending nearly £40. Apparently you need to manually add to order! They sent a long and detailed email why they can’t just chuck one in…as if anyone wouldn’t want a free bracelet. I love to support smaller businesses but sometimes they just miss out on the bigger picture in cases like this and I will not be ordering again!

Well, what can I say about this item?
Not impressed. Not worth the money I spent. Bad quality. Not as described on the website. This item was a complete letdown. I can’t even get it on because I would be so ashamed. in my mind, I thought the product would’ve been made with A good quality thread which would’ve been woven, but instead it’s a piece of plastic. I am so annoyed with this purchase and I wish I never sat on your website please forgive me for being so harsh, but this is how disappointed I am at this product and giving it a one star is too much

Quick delivery and very nicely package. Beautiful Bracelets, very pleased with them.

Took some time to arrive, but this was out of their control. Customs are always slow in Spain. In the mean time they helped me by checking and sharing the location of my order, so the customer service was good and very friendly. I love my Isla Ida bracelets and would recommend them. Great to have, but also cute as a gift.

I love the bracelets! They're elegant and dainty. I've been searching for a moonstone bracelet with a specific style and I was glad to find it at this store. I even found another cute bracelet to match the one I bought!

Their customer service (Rare L.) is excellent! All my questions regarding the tracking of my package were well addressed and promptly. Though my package took some time to arrive, it was definitely worth the wait.

The quality of the bracelets are really good. The delivery was super quick and the customer service team are really helpful! Will definitely buy again from Isla Ida. Such a lovely brand!!

During my travels I do not have residential address but these guys still managed to find me on time and deliver my package
If I changed the country they managed to redirect the delivery and if it were „lost“ they found it again

Ich habe am 03.11.23 bestellt und am 04.11.23 kam die Versandbestätigung und am 11.11.23 kamen die Ketten bei mir an. Also: sehr zügiger und zuverlässige Versandzeiten, die ISLA IDA online auf deren Website angibt.

Die Kette ist genauso schön wie online angegeben (QUARTZ HEALING NECKLACE) und die Qualität werde ich erst in einigen Monaten begutachten können. Dennoch wirkt sie auf dem ersten Blick qualitativ hochwertig und sie ist nicht so klobig und hat eine ideale Größe. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut, denn es gibt sicherlich nicht viele schöne Ketten wie diese zu diesem Preis. Zudem wird ein Baum pro gekauftes Produkt gepflanzt, welches ich sehr schön und bedeutsam finde.

Leider haben Sie bei der E-Mail der Versandbestätigung nicht die Sendungsnr. mitgeteilt, aber ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und bekam schnell eine Antwort und die Sendungsnr.
Ich hatte außerdem die Befürchtung, dass evlt. Zollkosten auf mich zukommen könnten, aber dies ist glücklicherweise nicht passiert.( Die Sendung kam aus Serbien und ich wurde auch von DHL dann informiert über die Sendung.)

Ich würde mir daher in Zukunft wünschen, dass eine Sendungsnr. direkt in der Versandbestätigung mit angegeben wird. :)

I am really disappointed in the quality of the bracelet for the cost it’s far too overpriced. It doesn’t fit properly too big and can’t adjust the size on my wrist. I suppose buying on line is always a risk. It’s a pretty colour, that’s about all!
