Please don’t waste your time with this retailer. Firstly their orders take over a month to arrive and what’s worse is the quality it sooo bad!! Like a cheap item ordered straight from China. Then when you want to return it, you as a customer have to pay all return fees and the process is so complicated so you are basically stuck with the items!! In my case they even forgot to add in one of the items that I have paid for and nothing was communicated to me. What a scam of a company.

It is a fraud, my BEST friend bought a piece of shit made in china. The item took forever to arrived after taking the payment, so my friend reported to the authorities as a scam/fraud. All the sudden the shit dress arrived. Then my friend tried to return and get a refund, of course she has to pay to send It back, the package then was return to my friend unopen without any explanation. If you have notice after any negative review there are few positive reviews writren feim ES (SPAIN) under foreign name which IS souspicious. Please, go to the authorities to pub and formal complaint.

The pictures of the items on the website and what you receive are completely different. The items are made in China, not in Spain, as they appear on the website, and their quality is terrible. I ordered three items and only received two a month later. Now I'm trying to return them and get a refund, but I paid over $50 for shipping. I'm wondering if I'll get a refund for all three items since one never arrived, and I've sent the other two back. They told me to wait for the third item, and then told me the return deadline had passed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered several items from them and two items were dispatched fairly quickly but the others were not, and it's been over a month. The items say they're high quality but actually just arrive from China. I received the items and tried them on and I realised I ordered the wrong size, I contacted them straight away to ask them for return instructions and if I could cancel the items not yet dispatched so I don't have return them. They said I can't cancel the items that hadn't yet been dispatched, even though I said I would have to return them as they're the wrong size. I then sent back the items and they said that I sent them back too late as it was outside the 14 day window. However, their policy just says you have to contact them for a refund within 14 days, not that the items have to be back with them within 14 days. In addition, their customer service is incredibly slow at responding and just generally not helpful at all. I would not recommend this company at all, if I had a better experience with the refunds etc I would have ordered the correct size but their attitude and lack of helpfulness has completely put me off.

You can tell everything is carefully handmade. Nothing mass-produced here.

La qualita non edelle migliori ed i modelli non vestono come si vede in foto. Nemmeno i colori solo gli stessi. Ho fatto il reso. Ma se non si manda il link col tracking loro dichiarano di non accettare il pacco e quindi il.reso. reso molto complesso io ho perso 300 euro. Per qualita e difficoltà di reso non lo consiglio assolutamente

Do not order!! Do not believe the 5 star reviews because they are fake! Look at the names.

The webshop looks high quality but actually they deliver from China. The jumpsuit was looking horrible. They replied 1x on how I could send it back, but I never received a refund. Please don't order anything here!

This is just another dropshipping company stealing peoples hard earned money and sending literal junk falsely advertised as quality.
I purchased two items costing well over 200€ more than two months ago. Unfortunately after hearing nothing from them by 2 weeks I started to do some research and saw the other reviews and realised I had been scammed. I eventually received one of the garments after just shy of two months, no sign of the other garment, I don’t expect I will receive it. What I did receive was of such poor quality, it makes me sick to think I paid over 100€ for it, in fact I found it on Aliexpress for about €15 after I reverse image searched - same marketing images, everything. I have received no response from the company since I tried contacting them asking for a refund even before the item arrived when I realised it was a scam.
Any positive reviews on this site I suspect have been paid for.
Please, don’t make the same mistake, save your money for a legitimatie company and not one that’s claiming to ‘proudly Spanish owned’ but is seemingly actually just a front for a Chinese sweat shop.

Just a front for a Chinese manufacturer. It's made to order in China and ship from there without seeing any warehouse in Europe.

Takes month to arrive. No craft or quality.

Just Shein with the price of Reiss.
Avoid at all costs.

J ai commandé 1 article le 2 juin, soi disant une marque espagnole qui fabrique en Espagne! Au final apres maintes relances de mail et de messages sur Instagram j ai enfin recu ma commande,en provenance de Chine qui sans surprise, est de tres mauvaise qualité, taille tres petit et ne correspond pas vraiment aux photos. ( etiquette de composition notifiée Made in China).
Je vais me battre pour obtenir un remboursement et renvoyer leur chiffon. Ce sont des escrocs et en plus le site ment sur le pays de fabrication des vêtements.
Je suis écœurée !

I placed an order at the end of April, and it's now been over two months — I have still not received my order. What’s worse? No replies to emails, no updates, no communication whatsoever. This is by far one of the most unprofessional and unreliable shops I’ve ever dealt with.

Zero accountability, zero customer support. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place — it’s not trustworthy and clearly doesn't care about its customers once they take your money.

Save yourself the frustration and don’t order anything from this shop.

Ordered a shirt and received it 6 weeks late after it was advertised as express delivery.
When the shirt arrived it looked completely different to the website, poor quality overall and way too small.
Contacted customer service and no reply. It was the same when I tried to follow up on my order. It's a complete scam and I feel like they might as well have stolen my money.

Sito truffa, arrivato solo un capo su 3 e quello che è arrivato non corrisponde minimamente alla foto, è una cinesata della peggiore specie.

Das ist billige Chinaware, die 2 Monate Versandzeit hat, ich hab mein Geld von Paypal immer noch nicht zurück und reagiert wird auf Email nicht!
Zurück schicken musste ich den ganzen Sch…. für 20€ nach Spanien, das steht auch nirgends auf der Seite! Riesiger Betrug!!

Tried to make a return. No response from customer service. Emails over 3 times.

I ordered two outfits of which one was sent direct from China. They were both absolutely dreadful and cost £100.00 each. I then spent £30.00 to return them only for them to be rejected and returned to sender. Stop letting companies getting away with this. Goods were poor quality and NOTHING like images. Customer service did reply but iit was very SLOW
