This was not what I expected. The shirt felt like plastic. There were defect throughout the wardrobe. I spent 90 for the outfit now I have to pay for the return.

I give two stars rather than one , only because they quickly processed my refund when I sent them pic of the garbage clothing they sent me with no labels or tags. I’m thinking the reason I was so quickly refunded is because they hadn’t actually received any money from me yet. I used affirm pay over time and had not even made the first payment . If u give them your CC info it’s over! I doubt you’ll see your money again without claiming fraud with your bank/CC company.

They did offer 30% discount initially which I shot down but I think when they realized I hadn’t even paid they figured not worth it . They suggested I donate the clothing rather than return ! Wow!!!
Scammers have figured out how to set these storefronts but I’m kicking myself because I did not pay enough attention the red flags! The return policy screams scam! Why would anyone have an online greatly reduced moving sale? Ppl still need full price when they are moving!!!

Stay away from this pathetic scam. Clothing is nothing like advertised, cheap, material worse than low grade polyester, do not buy from this place they are thieves

I purchased the sienna layered three piece set. You know when you get your teeth cleaned the hygienist puts the bib on to protect your clothes? Same "material." Not actual cloth. I received a 50% refund and was told to keep the outfit. I keep this travesty in my closet just to remind me when I get the urge to buy an outfit off of instagram...

Ordered two items, both are going to Goodwill. Terribly made, cheap fabric. No label on anything, no care instructions either. Doubt I will get a refund. Outfits looked so cute online, looked like a clown on me. I am 5’6”, 117 pounds and the so-called small would fit anyone of any height or weight. Run from this online seller. Even Amazon has better clothes if you read the reviews!

Extremely disappointed, the fabric is awful. I wish I had read the reviews before buying 2 outfits.

Garment 3 piece set was nothing like the pictures shown. Way different fabric, not correct style, not correct color. Quality id bad. It's just 100% BAD. Getting a refund is a waste of time. They should be taken out of operation. I lost lots of money. So sad.

So disappointed in the quality of these fabrics. Total misrepresentation of product received compared to Isabel & Valentin’s order site and online models. Do not throw your hard earned money away on these clothes.

I ordered an outfit after seeing an Instagram ad and was told it was a 3 to 5 day delivery business days. I was wanting the outfit for an event event and it didn’t arrive. After multiple emails with the company which they were prompt to respond to saying how sorry they were and how frustrating it must be yada yada,, I have asked for a refund said they would refund 50% immediately if I agreed to that which I did, and I have not seen a refund and it’s been 14 days and I’ve still not seen the merchandise after they’ve said it was in transit. I have disputed the charge with my bank.

Horrible, don’t shop here. Dress looked beautiful online, quality and fit is sooo bad, it looks terrible. Refunds are simple, you have to pay like $30 to ship it back IF approved. Don’t buy here!!
Also I thought it was in NY but this comes from china and takes forever to arrive.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Beware what they advertise is not what you get. The images represent quality clothing but what shows up is cheap polyester junk. And the worst part is they will return it but you have to pay to ship it. I was truly disappointed ☹️😔 Don't BUY FROM THEM ...

The outfit was absolute junk! Took almost 4 weeks to receive a 3 piece outfit stuffed in a plastic bag. Mind you I was dumb enough to pay $90 for this. Placed an email to return, let's see how that goes!They say their boutique is in Texas. The return address was Jamica NY. Does not deserve 1 star review

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a total scam. They are quick to take your money, slow to ship, wont cancel when you ask, send garbage clothing, then tell you it's going to be $30 to $40 to ship back the garbage clothes they send, and they say it takes at least 5 to 7 weeks to process a refund. That's how they get you. They try to make it impossible to send anything back. DO NOT buy anything from them. I was stupid and didn't check reviews before I ordered, I wish I would have.

UPDATE: this scam continues. They replied to my request for return and said that my item is not eligible for a return as they do not have a fulfillment center that can take returns. They went on to say all their items come from an over seas fulfillment center. Their return policy is clearly stated on their "New York" based "Mother and Daughter" website.
I have contacted my bank amd opened a "fraud" complaint.

Actually should be 0 Stars this order arrived today and it’s crap. I’m embarrassed that this garbage arrived on my doorstep and I had a neighbor pick it up for me so it would not be stolen. I can not even make out what the actual fabric it is. It’s like the worst material I’ve ever seen or felt. It’s like something you’d get at a dollar store. Now, there’s no way to reach out for a refund and I’m out a substantial amount of money. Complete scam.

The dress was low quality material and not very pretty at all. You could likely get the same dress from an Urban Planet store for $19.99. I was expecting it to look like the photos and it didn’t. Also they tried to swindle me with getting a refund. You can go to better online dress stores like Bella Barnett for actual good quality. I would never recommend this company and regret my purchase.

I’m pretty sure the only 5star reviews are from family. This company will not send you any products or give you refunds. They literally stole my money and do not respond at all. No product and no refund. Also they overprice cheap items they get from Temu…. Don’t shop here.

If I could give no stars I would. On 16 December 2024 I purchased a pair of heels for 79.00. They sure took the money! Today which is the 11 January 2025. I have not received my shoes and I have sent 4 emails complaining to the company asking for assistance or needing a response. Out of those emails... NOT ONE had been responded to inform me of anything. I later received an email asking how the product fit... again I complained that I had NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. I want my money back and this is a total SCAM. LADIES DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY" AND I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I WAISTED MY TIME AND MONEY.

They took my money on 12/13 from my PayPal account, under the name of "Kami AG" and never sent the merchandise despite NUMEROUS REQUESTS. Total con artists. Received an email from Calvin Nyugen which was a joke. No answer despite numerous emails that i sent to them along with phone calls, forms filled out on their Contact Forms, chats that no one answered. STAY AWAY

I placed on order on November 20. The money was taken from my account immediately. By December 9 I still had not received my item and (more importantly) had not received any sort of communication from the seller. Eventually I was promised to have my order in my hands by December 20. That never happened and again no communication from seller. On December 20 I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund issued. I was told a refund would take 5-8 Business Days. I waited 8 business days and still do not have my money. They are unprofessional and unscrupulous at best. I am sorry I ever attempted to give them my business and I am concerned that I will never get my refund.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!. They just took the store down. Made the purchase on 12/11, never received the merchandise. Called multiple times and sent multiple emails. Finally got an email response from a Calvin Nguyen on 12/20 letting me know I could receive the item on 12/26 or to advise if I wanted to cancel the order. I requested to cancel the order and asked for a refund of $184 on 12/20 & khave not gotten a response.
