Terrible return policy. The process is ridiculous. And the customer pays the fees to return. I won’t be ordering again from this company EVER!
I ordered a pair of mid rise straight jean for $56. They sent me a pair of high rise baggy leg jeans. I returned them. But the return process is about 1 week long! You have to submit pictures fill out forms. You have to wait for approval (all by email). When I finally got an approval I had to pay $18 to ship it back at my expense!! Never buying from them again. They are from China and the quality is terrible!!!
I was drawn in by the cute Facebook ads. The items are often listed as “only 4 left” to create a sense of urgency. The delivery time can be up to three weeks, with repeated emails giving orders updates that aren’t always accurate. The pants were actually well made and fit is good. The t shirts were nice and heavy, but for me, way too long. The return process is excruciating! I had to wait for a two-step e-mail process, then wait for return approval after submitting multiple pictures. The customer service email to me started with “Dear Scam26$$”. That is not my name, nor email. I will NOT be a repeat customer.
I ordered two pairs of pants and had them shipped to my residence in Alaska. The products were good but I needed a different size so initiated the return only to find out it had to first be approved, then I had to follow a page of instruction to return the pants, including paying for the return shipping ($44!). Then I had to go back and upload the tracking information to Flamingals. Several hours later I get an email stating that they can't ship to Alaska!?! The order was shipped to Alaska to begin with but now the return merch can't be shipped to Alaska???!! If they had told me that to begin with, I wouldn't have paid to return it. Would've been better off selling the pants on FB. Seems like a scam to me. I won't be ordering from Flamingals again. There are too many other options out there to buy clothes without the hassle.
I would absolutely not purchase from this company again simply based on what they put you through to return an item. Upload packing slip, wait for permission to return, create your own shipping label and then upload a copy of the shipping receipt with the tracking number and then manually enter your tracking number.
I should have listened to the reviews. All is well until you need to return or exchange something then it's radio silence.
Lesson learned.
SUCH a pain in the ass to return these jeans! They were big everywhere except the waist, which gave me muffin top. It felt like it was my new part-time unpaid job to return them! Never again.
Decided to try their jeans and was shocked they fit nicely. Then I bought my 7th and eighth pair…,, to find the fit was way off from my first six pairs. When I attempted to return them, i discovered the only way they accept returns are if the product was defected or damaged!
So now I am eating 2 pair of jeans that I have no use for! That’s $100. Down the drain and no way to be reimbursed. With all I purchased, I should have been able to return since they don’t fit and were sized differently than the other ones I have. I absolutely do not recommend buying from this company. Just another Chinese rip off. Beware of Flamingals.
been trying to return in timely manner but no return addresses and poor customer service been sending eemails for a week and doing their retun form multiple times with all the info they want and still nothing yet they give me 2 weeks to return and then when 2 weeks is done they say I waited to long
I love their jeans but heaven forbid if you want to return a pair that doesn't meet your expectations. I have had to submit a photo of everything over and over. They still have not given me the return address after almost 3 weeks. I really believe it is a tactic to make you keep an item but I am ready to never order from them again.
I wish I would have read the reviews first. The sizing wash really off, expecially the length. The worst thing is the returns, it is awful! You need tons of pictures and descriptions. I had to unpack to deliver the information they required and there is alot! I will not be ordering again because of all the trouble involved.
I bought some jeans my size and the are huge. I pd. $59 for them and I cant find where to return and email. If someone has this info I would appreciate. I am beyond frustrated 😠
I've ordered a couple of times from this company. The clothes are cute but the sizes are not consistent. Some mediums are too small and some smalls are too large. The biggest complaint I have is regarding returns. I have been trying to return an item and exchange another item for 2 weeks now. It's not a simple return process; several emails in and they are not responsive. I think I may be stuck with the items.
Jeans received are not what I ordered, and cannot find contact information for exchanging them just more offers. IThese are nothing like I ordered
This organization is horrible. Ordered two pair of jeans and have not received them. Their tracking says they were delivered on 2/10/2026. However, the tracking number they provide does not work on USPS and DHL websites. Customer sevice has been useless.
I received an order of four pants - two of which do not fit properly.
After googling how to facilitate a return (as it is unclear on their site) - I sent emails to multiple email addresses found via googling - all of which bounced.
I again sent emailes on 11.24.25 and again on 12.2.25 all of which bounced. On 11.25 I called a phone number I located - the voice sounded like an AI bot and it said I would be contacted within 24 hours. I was not. I called that number again on 12.2.25 and received the same AI bot voice and same assurance I would be contacted within 24 hours. I also called the #888 customer care phone number which says that line is not monitored.
This company has been completely non responsive and has a short return window which is completely unprofessional. Hoping to warn others before they spend money with this unreputable company.
Best Jeans I have purchased and worn in years.. Price is reasonable.. styles are so cute.. The fabric and fit is just exceptional.. have purchased at least 10 pairs of jeans/pants in the last 2 months
My purchase went smoothly and I was really pleased with the quality of the jeans. Finally, a Chinese company that isn’t a ripoff. I did order a size larger than I normally wear, which was perfect.
I placed an order with Flamingals using their app after applying valid discounts and promotions they offered. My order (51 items) was processed and confirmed, and I paid $5.99 for shipping. A short time later, Flamingals canceled the order without my request and sent a link to reorder—but with the most valuable item removed and a new transaction ID.
Since then, I’ve reached out multiple times asking them to honor the original confirmed transaction or offer a fair substitute. Instead, I’ve received only generic replies offering a 15% discount code, which does not address the issue. They have ignored all other concerns.
This feels deceptive—like a bait-and-switch—and completely unprofessional. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and FTC and will continue warning others until this is resolved.
