As a 54-year-old with a previous back injury, I have found ION BODY EMS sessions incredibly beneficial for my overall fitness and well-being. The low-impact nature of EMS has improved my strength, muscle tone, flexibility, and posture, while minimizing strain on my back. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at ION BODY EMS sessions, as the professional trainers and effective workouts have noticeably improved my fitness level and well-being. I had a trial session recently at IONBody, Martin explained everything really well and was very patient with me as a newbie, the workout was definitely felt on day 3 and was like having had a hard gym workout! If I lived nearer I would be signing up! Great for people with limited time who want a great workout.

It was such a great experience .
The Ion body's group are very welcoming ,friendly and cooperative.
It is a really good idea for whom can't attend gyms regularly ,and for who looks for fitness.

Quick way to get a good workout. Martin & Samantha tailor the workout to achieve your goals and I lost over a stone in 16 weeks plus added more distance in my spinning biking

I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars! I have EDS and have gone from walking with a stick to being able to go on hikes again! I've also lost quite a bit of weight and have massively toned up. These guys are highly knowledgeable and experienced and have helped me massively. I can't thank them enough!

I have been watching the Facebook posts for a while with interest and have taken the plunge by having an ION trial. I have a shoulder injury and have not been as physically active so thought it would be a good idea to try this out. I must admit it is quite a strange feeling with the electrical pulses running through your muscles but I have had 3 sessions now and am now working with the machine and my muscles feel as though they have had a good work out after just 20 minutes. I have got more sessions booked and would recommend that if anyone is on the fence about try this novel way of exercise, that you book in and see what you think. I am enjoying it and after one session, the scales have detected a difference?

Visited after having a taster session last year. I have weight to loose and health issues with my back. Charlotte so extremely warm and welcoming. We had a quick chat and Charlotte talked me through the whole work out. Always checking I was ok with the intensity of the machine. Can not recommend enough and if this reduces my pain I’ll be even happier.

Fantastic team, really helpful and knowledgeable. The workout is fab and gives you a great all body work out.

My husband & I have been training with Martin and Sam for many months now. We were a bit unsure how this would work & maybe it was too good to be true! From day 1 they were both very professional and attentive towards our training needs. Answered our questions and gave us a full understanding of EMS and how it would work for us.
I have toned, lost fat and gained strength and feel better overall. I’ve also had a niggle in my back for years and this has completely disappeared since doing this. My husbands shape has changed and again he’s toned and defined muscle.
We both ensure we do one form of CV exercise weekly so with that alongside the EMS session of only 20mins we have a full CV & strength body workout.
Martin & Sam are genuinely a lovely couple and will do everything they can to make you feel at ease and ensure you get what you want out of your sessions. We highly recommend them!

Myself and my husband have been going to ionbody for around a year , my husband hates exercise but loves this !

We both lost body fat and gained muscle .

Also we both suffer from bad backs and it has eased that quite considerably.

After some laziness during the lockdown ,I decided to boost myself and start to slowly done some exercises
EMS is great because they use only a short amount a time where we work all the body. After 1 session I can already see the positives results, the coach is really great and helpful, it's at your own rythm.

I have used ION BODY EMS and found it to be brilliant. Its a full body workout In only 20 minutes. I was sceptical at first but by the end of the sessions you really do work up a sweat. I trained in Garforth near Leeds with Martin and Sam who were fantastic at explaining things and making sure I was comfortable at all times. Definitely would recommend this especially if you're short of time but still want a full body workout.
