Great training session that didn't take 2hrs at the gym. Felt I exercised every muscle in my body.

I used Ion Body to help with my knee weakness. I noticed a positive change within two sessions. All team members are very helpful and I would highly recommend them to gain strength and speed up recovery.

ION is so much better than I thought it would be. I’d been told about what it was and how it worked but until you experience it, you can’t imagine how it’ll work and improve your body and help you gain strength. Sam is brilliant and really explains each movement and how it should feel. I feel so much stronger, so much so that I’ve been able to increase the weights on my regular gym workout. It really does work, give it a try.

Having had several sessions I can honestly say that my body shape, strength and muscle tone has improved beyond expectation. Being in my 60s I was a little apprehensive of trying something new but I am so glad I did. All the team are great particularly Charlotte (my personal trainer) very friendly, informative and welcoming. A 20-minute session in a great atmosphere makes you feel wonderful physically and mentally. I highly recommend anyone at any age to give it a go.

I went for the initial trial not knowing anything, Sam explained everything and gave us all the information we needed
We went on and booked a course of 6, I am going through the menopause and want to get back into exercise I feel that this is helping strengthening muscles I don’t normally use so my core strength is stronger

Professional, structured, informative, friendly and supportive. I confess to signing up for the trial thinking it wouldn’t work (am a regular, reasonably fit, long term gym user) …but came out a total convert! Such a clever, high tech method - give it a go 😁

I recently completed the induction session and it felt like a full workout in just 20 minutes! I found it a little strange at first, bit of a sensory overload but once I got used to it, I could definitely feel it working my muscles, many of which I obviously hadn’t used for years! It also gave some relief to my elbows where I am having trouble. Samantha made me feel very welcome, everything was explained in detail as the induction progressed. I have booked the block of six sessions with a friend and am looking forward to the results these joint sessions will give us.

Just over half way through my Foundation course and will definently be booking a further 12no. sessions. Great staff and a great workout. Highly recommended.

I recently had the induction session with Samantha, loved the whole concept of low impact and quick results, going to book 6 sessions and hopefully see the benefits other have.

I was really happy with my training at ION!. I was able to begin to rebuild my strength, muscle tone and stamina that has been diminished over the last few years as a consequence of working from home and having limited time. With only a 20 minute session per week I was able to see almost immediate gains in my fitness. I really recommend it as a low impact form of fitness, especially as a springboard to getting back into shape.

I also had a TENS session when I was experiencing some back pain - I had this in the morning and felt so relaxed for the remainder of the day. It was like having a full body massage!

The team at ION are fantastic - so friendly and helpful. This creates a really nice atmosphere to work out in.

I have been training with ION Body for a while now. They are a great team; Charlotte is my regular trainer and is always professional, helpful and friendly but I also feel comfortable with every member of the Team. The sessions are flexible can be designed to work specific areas I wan’t to work on and take into account any aches/pains/concerns I might have. I occasionally suffer from sciatica and a session always gives me relief which is amazing. I have definitely noticed a difference in body shape and even have some defined muscles with just a 20 minute work out a week. Thanks ION Team x

ION BODY we’re kind enough to offer me a work placement at their Garforth location shadowing the PT’s, the experience great I watched multiple clients get coached which was done to perfection, with constant feedback and positive encouragement. I was also able to try the EMS out too for the first time which was terrific, I was pushed hard and felt my whole body working, overall I would recommend this for anyone who wants to improve their health

I was sceptical after being recommended EMS at ION by a friend. Seeing his results got me intrigued enough to give it a go. I’m not a massive fan of traditional weight training which I’m advised is ideal for my age, so EMS and it’s 20mins workout sounded too good to be true.

Since October my body has completely transformed for the better. I feel more toned, stronger and confident in my appearance. The workout is tough but so worth the effort. The days post-workout your body is recovering and it literally feels like you’ve completed a marathon. I have hip and knee trouble and it’s really helped both.

I couldn’t recommend EMS at ION enough. The Team are super great and encouraging. I’ve been having weekly sessions since October and only missed a couple. The body scans also help keep you on track with a detailed breakdown of your body composition and the journey week after week.

I have been doing EMS training sessions with the team at ION Body in Garforth for nearly a year now and it has made such a difference. I don't enjoy going to the gym so these 1-1 sessions for just 20 minutes are perfect and give you an all round workout! All the team are brilliant, so friendly and so knowledgeable. I feel fitter, stronger, more toned and I've dropped a dress size too - result! I would recommend ION Body to anyone.

For someone who doesn't have time to attend the gym, I have found my experience with ion body worth while. The staff are so lovely and accommodating, my little one even joins me for my sessions which I feel has been immensely helpful.
The sessions themselves felt really odd at first but I started getting the hang of it. I see Sam most times and that consistency is gr8, the rest of the team are supper friendly as well.
Things I hv noticed since starting with Ion body: I feel more motivated to eat healthy and do some exercise at home, I feel less tired than I did previously, I feel stronger plus a little icing on the cake....weight loss😃.
