Helpful staff and great glasses
The staff were helpful, friendly and very efficient in ordering and fitting my glasses. The frames are stylish and robust and will last for years. The shop was attractive with a great selection of frames. IOLLA were recommended to me and I always speak well of them.

A great selection of stylish specs made picking a new pair tricky but great advice from the friendly assistant helped out. Very happy with my newest pair of iolla specs.

I found an available person who helped me efficiently.
I was told to wait for 5 minutes in the shop, but I saw another person doing nothing and asked whether she was able to find my order and do the checks necessary for me to take them away. This was done efficiently and effectively

Very happy
Stunning range of glasses to choose from that you just don't find on the high street. Staff were friendly and efficient and glasses were delivered in no time at all. The price was also fantastic - definitely recommend!

Hi Chris! We're so sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our delivery times. We quote a lead time of 6-12 working days for all prescription orders and can see that your glasses were available for collection on working day 8 despite your order being quite complex.
