For any current/aspiring UI/UX professionals/students, do not hesitate to invest in the courses/membership with the Interaction Design Foundation. The breadth and quality of the course material is outstanding. I have learned so much from them, and most recently, I took a fantastic course on using AI for design. It is such a worthwhile and valuable investment that I will continue to make.

I’m currently taking the UX Design…
I’m currently taking the UX Design course with the Interaction Design Foundation, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The curriculum is incredibly well-structured, combining theoretical knowledge with practical exercises that make the concepts easy to apply in real-world scenarios.
The flexibility to learn at my own pace is a huge plus, especially with a busy schedule. The quality of content, expert instructors, and the supportive community of learners have made this a truly enriching experience.
Affordable membership, and unlimited access to all the courses is the best advantage of being a member of this organization.

Same as most people, no information prior. They billed me for annual membership without any notice! NEVER AGAIN! Now i see that it is their pattern so I have no hope but i contacted local Customer protection agencies as this is not legal in Europ i believe!

I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling frustrated. I understand how it can feel when things don’t seem clear. On that note, we display our prices in the same way as companies like Adobe, Figma, Dropbox, Microsoft, Notion, etc. It’s an industry standard and makes it easy to compare prices across the internet.
We offer both monthly and yearly billing options, and it looks like you opted for the yearly plan. We really do our best to make all pricing info clear and avoid frustration from our users: We write it 2 places on the sign-up pages, on the billing page, in the invoice email, in our reminder email, and a few other places. The reason I’m mentioning this is just because we’re so passionate about UX/customer experience– so we really designed every single detail with as much care and perfectionism as possible – including the pricing info. In this case, we really did our best to make it super clear :-)
It seems you may have missed this info but I’m always here to help clarify any details for you. We’re happy to take on your feedback and see if there’s anything else we can do.

A great Community and Customer Support
A great community I have been with since 2021. I am always impressed with the level of education and knowledge here.
Excellent learning experience. Resources and tools are all well-organized and pretty user-friendly.
Recently, I've gotten an opportunity to experience their remarkable customer support. They are efficient in response, understanding, and seem very concerned about the experiences one shares.
It is very seldom that one gets to work with a team dedicated enough to ensure everything is smooth and your back is covered.
I highly recommend this platform for anyone looking to grow, learn, and be part of a worldwide community!

Keep your own pace
Interaction Design course system is really helpful to keep your own pace while not rushing even if you want to. It's about learning not just collecting certificates like a race horse. Being able to take classes in text and video is efficient and keep your focus longer than I expected. Besides the courses, you can get webinars from many different specialists who are the best in their areas is such a unique opportunity also.

Affordable, Comprehensive, and Engaging UX Learning Platform
"IxDF is doing an excellent job. As someone working in a related field and looking to transition into a UX career, I struggled to find an affordable resource that provided comprehensive and actionable skills—until I found IxDF. The platform has taught me a great deal, and I’ve been able to apply and showcase these skills in my professional journey.
The only reason I'm not giving a full 5-star rating is that I personally find reading extensive amounts of material tiring, as I’m not particularly a 'reading' person. That said, the video lessons are absolutely perfect and incredibly engaging.
Additionally, the customer service and support are outstanding. Any issues I encountered were addressed promptly and professionally. Overall, IxDF is a fantastic platform for anyone looking to dive into UX design!

I love the platform
I love the platform, is mostly easy to use, the lessons and certificates have a great value to me as team leader and to my associates that gain not only the skills but a way to prove it, they are extremely happy that we partnered with the UX Foundation Interaction Design through the enterprise profile.
There are certain opportunities but overall, great support, the variety of topics are up to date and very useful, the scoring of each person work is well thought, I feel we actually learn.

Great course for getting started with UX for VR.
The UX for VR course helped me connect my prior UX knowledge with specific topics in the world of virtual reality, offering a well-balanced mix of theory and practical exercises that made the learning process engaging and applicable.
