If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would.
"Insurance 2 Go" quickly became "Insurance 2 Slow" in my experience.
From start to finish, dealing with this company was an exercise in frustration. The claims process was painfully slow and riddled with repeated requests for documents that had already been provided. Every step seemed more difficult than it needed to be.
Even paying the excess became an ordeal. The online payment link didn't work, forcing me to call instead. What should have taken a couple of minutes turned into over an hour of wasted time, with multiple failed payment attempts before it finally went through.
But the final straw was being told that my brand-new phone, which had been lost, would be replaced with a refurbished second-hand device. After all the delays, administration and inconvenience, that was completely unacceptable.
Insurance is there to make a stressful situation easier. This company did the exact opposite.
Save yourself the hassle and spend a little more with a reputable insurer. You'll likely receive far better service and a lot less frustration.

We appreciate that making a claim following the loss of a phone can be stressful, and we understand your frustration regarding the time taken to assess your claim. As part of our responsibility to all customers, we must ensure that every claim is assessed fairly and in line with the policy terms and conditions. In this case, some of the documentation initially provided did not contain all the information required, so we needed to request further evidence before we could complete our assessment.
Once the required documentation had been received, your claim was approved and a replacement device was dispatched.
We would also like to clarify that the replacement supplied was an Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB, matching the model claimed for, and was provided in accordance with the terms of your policy. Your policy does not provide a new-for-old replacement service.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

It was so easy to set up Insurance for my Mobile Phone and I don't have to Pay until the 20th of next Month and only around £5 a Month! £50 excess!
