Honest help and professionalism was offered by staff

I haven’t had internet service since May 28th. Frontier has issued several trouble ticket numbers, I’ve taken time off work and nobody shows up because they continue to cancel my trouble tickets. Today it’s been 21 days and enough is enough. I called InMyArea and spoke with Denny who was so amazingly knowledgeable and complete in the information he gave me. He also gave me a really good deal. He took the time I needed to explain everything to me and we then scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out Thursday and hook me up. I’m so glad I called. My only regret is that I didn’t call sooner.

Mitch, my customer service representative, was very knowledge. He went over the options I had. And took the time to make sure I was going to get what was needed at my new address. I was able to get the service I want scheduled. Very easy to use service.

I called for information and immediately cancelled but cancellation was not done, I had to call second time to cancel, which was then done. The installation without help may not be convenient for many not so sophisticated customers. Rates are good but many have complained about poor service.
