I had originally spoken to Ms. Francis. When I called back I was routed to Ms. Sherry. Not only was she as fantastic as Ms. Francis, but she first tried to locate her. When she could not she tried to locate my order and walked me thru everything very diligently. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Given false information
When ordering new service I let the representative know that I needed service installed on a specific day. I confirmed multiple times before ending the call that the service would be installed on that said day. When I recieved the confirmation email I saw that the installation date was not on the day which I was told. It was actually set for the following week. The day that I needed was not availabe. I was lied to in order to get me to sign up for service. It could not have been a miscommunication or misunderstanding given the number of times I clearly & concisely confirmed the day with the rep and recieved confirmation back from him.
