I just moved to Dallas and had to set everything up including of course Internet and TV. When I called Spectrum, I prepared myself because I can’t stand calling any customer service, I cringe. But I talked with a lady named Rachel (I even remember her name, rare for me) and within minutes it was like talking to a friend. I am sure my questions were dumb, but she made me feel like the most important and best customer Spectrum has, not some fungus, and I hadn’t even signed up yet. I hung up after buying everything she had, got a good deal, and felt fantastic about it. The best part is even now after my install, everything she said, everything she promised has happened and she was true to her word. Please tell that lady this ol man says thank you. God bless!

Rachel was highly knowledgeable and made this painful task of finding an internet/cable provider very easy. She was very professional and easy to understand. It was hard to focus though, I think it was because of her sexy voice! :)

Talked with Frances she was very knowledgeable and helpful, scheduled everything with in the matter of minutes eqplained everything in great detail. Her customer service was top notch
