I had searched for 1 person, pd the $1. I cannot find the search results. I looked at my transactions and sure enough a declined charge $49.99 showed up. I went to i...com , I searched for how to cancel, I was brought to a chat, which lead to a technician,and another page that wanted all of my card info as if I am trying to purchase. I hope my cancellation went through a few days ago.
This is a fraudulent company selling worthless information about inmates and then burying the trial period and ongoing monthly fee in the small print in an email they send you after you fall for the $1 report gimmick. Do not use this company.
This is a very good idea, except this needs some find tuning, I recommend, 1. Keep as an investigation tool as stated for arrests, detention, sentencing, jail, and prison housing, along with police reports, mug shots,any and all criminal charges. Keep this strictly for criminal justice information on a person, No brothers and Sisters, No phone numbers, ect.. if you want a complete history of the person it would be in a different search. Criminal should be criminal, and that all the investigation should be allowed to show.
MASSIVE SCAM
They ask for your card information for a $1 fee then after a week will try to take $49.95 out of your account daily. Luckily I set up a burner card to give them. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PRIMARY BANKING INFO
First off they say they are free.
Second, before they'll provide any search results they say they have to charge a credit/debit card $1 which you'll get back. It's supposed to allow them to charge you if you stay with them after your "free trial."
Third, after your card is verified they provide results ( which for me showed absolutely nothing.)
4, So I cancelled my free trial with them immediately and ever since (for a few months now they keep trying to charge the card I had used $49.94) They have tried to charge me a total of 14 times since March 31 and it is now May 8.
Luckily I know exactly how to beat these kind of scam artists at their own game so I won't be swindled by online thieves
However I did lose the original $1.
