I have yet to be disappointed

I have yet to be disappointed. Any oddball needed service function, just shoot a chat message and they always have a simple solution.

I literally changed hundreds of listings with a misspelling and also another time the item location in seconds. Saved me what would of been days one at a time.

Other services cant touch what inkfrog has to offer.

These awesome people just keep getting…

These awesome people just keep getting better. I have had learning issues pop up here and there and their customer service has always been patient, thoughtful and making sure the issue was resolved. Cannot give enough stars!

Issue with item listing automatically

Had an issue with item listing automatically. I explained it was just sitting in the scheduled folder. Krista was immediate in her response & resolved the problem in a matter of minutes.
Truly appreciate the dedicated customer service. I have used the support desk a handful of times in the past and each one has been a positive experience. All questions were answered quickly and all issues were dealt with efficiently.

Awful

Awful, avoid!!

Due to an error in the software they posted hundreds of listings to the wrong ebay account. I contacted support, but rather than helping they just kept posting links to their documentation when the issue was caused by their own software error.

I'm now left with an enormous manual cleanup job on my account as I don't trust it to resolve things.

Promises a lot, delivers a mess

Great people and great service unreliable servers

Great people and great service. Unfortunately a good staff cannot make up for constant server problems. The only reason I have time to write this is because yet again in the middle of creating a listing the sight became unreachable and when it comes back up I will have to start my listing from scratch. If this was a once in a while problem I would accept it because as I say, the service and the folks are second to none but this happens several times per day and during that time instead of being productive I'm writing reviews that nobody will read anyway.

Rare Issues, Great service and support

Every once and a blue moon has some minor issues, but the support team is quick to fix any issues and the customer service is fast and friendly. Every problem I've had they are quick to address. I wish they had a place where you could check if there's any current known issues though. I usually have to reach out to the support team to identify if my issue is something the entire site is experiencing.

Would i trust storing my photos on a server that is always offline?

I have had Inkfrog for 6 months now. However over the last 4 weeks their servers and systems have been down on 5 occasions for over 8hrs period. This impacts on ability to list items and also concerns me that our photos of active listings is stored on their server. I wouldn't trust that to a company that can't keep its systems and servers running for 20% of the time. Its too much of a risk to my business. Their support is no existent if you happen to live in the Southern Hemisphere and you have to wait for USA time to be able to do anything.

Incredible customer experience

Incredible customer experience. They were wonderful and professional helping 1 on 1 for setting up FBA=Ebay crossovers and were able to answer all of my questions.

An additional 5 stars for Char for our call. I used to be a Customer Service Manager and this was exactly the type of call I would love to hear my reps offering. Friendly, accurate and efficient. Definitely helped a first time Inkfrog customer relax a little with my listings.

Inkfrog have always been a great…

Inkfrog have always been a great company to use - simple, straightforward, responsive, quick, and reliable. My use of the software although I am still at a basic stage, over all these months has been flawless and I would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend the company, their software, and their staff.

glitches galore and they make the consumer fix them

This review below has been my experience for years and they act like you’re crazy when you report something wrong. I’ve had to redo listings 2-4 times. Incredible waste of my time and energy.

Dreadful experience. Loads of bugs & glitches mixing my ebay id's together, pictures not showing, descriptions in templates missing or on the wrong item. Spent two working days fixing the listing errors. Would not recommend inkfrog unless you don't mind losing sales, having awful looking nonsensical inaccurate listings & have plenty of money to throw at fixing the problems. Three weeks with them has cost me hundreds of pounds in losses. No concern from inkfrog regarding the damage they have caused to my business. I guess they move on to the next mug. Just awful.
