I used inkfrog for over 12 years and loved the original program. They decided to make a new program that is very lousy. It now takes me 3 times longer to do a listing. I think inkfrog lost I recommended this program to over 20 people over the 12 years I used it. I now tell them to look elsewhere. I now find it much easier to list using Ebay as there listing page is very simple. Inkfrog has gone off in a another direction and could care less about the little guy that got them where they are today. This company will be going down hill as they are not customer friendly at all.
Avoid like plague
This is a software to be avoided like plague.
Their app is glitchy and no development occurs.
Their support will only help you with built-in features but will not address or assist with any real issues you might have.
Even when some of the essential features of the software go down they are unable to fix it in a reasonable amount of time and furthermore - they have no decency to refund you even the subscription costs for that woeful experience that you will get.

Honestly, I can say that I couldn't do eBay successfully without Inkfrog. Their listing template software makes it so easy to get a lot of listings live every day. And every single time I have had an issue, their customer service has been the best I have ever experienced. I have been using Inkfrog for different projects for over 6 years and am yet to find a fault. Absolutely AMAZING software if you spend the time to tweak it to your needs. AMAZING.
Broken system and poor service
I've been liaising with the inkfrog developers for over two months to get them to fix an issue which renders their service useless, and now they've just gone quiet and not responding to any emails from myself or ebay asking for updates on the issue.
ebay have introduced 'personalisation' fields, which inkfrog aren't pulling through (fields are there, just no values), so any listing edited in inkfrog writes back null values, breaking those listings, meaning I can't use inkfrog for anything at all, which they're aware of... but they're still taking my subscription money each month!
They may be cheaper than others, but when you can't use the system at all, it's still money down the pan!
Looking for another service provider as this is broken, and they don't seem to care!
Customer "service" is just people who tell you it's not Inkfrog's fault
I would give less stars if I could. Every time I have an issue with Inkfrog (there are many) they never help me solve the issue. The first thing they do is blame someone else. They never seem to think that they're software is the problem. I have no experience in software but I know how to trouble shoot. I've had to find hacks and different ways to solve so many of their faulty software issues. I pray that some software person comes along and creates a product with all the features of Inkfrog but that actually works and has customer service people that take responsibility for their product. I can't wait until Inkfrog goes down because someone built a better product and then backs it up with customer service.

had a technical issue using the inkfrog software and it took afew people and several emails to help narrow down the problem. also discovered along the way how lengthy profile names prevents saving a profile in the system.
im not a computer savvy person and appreciate the time, patience, efforts and expertise of everyone involved that helped me.
customer service and tech support dont usually get performed this well ANYWHERE.
your company has an amazing staff and they all did a great job.
was great to see a video illustration of the task being performed in my account- that is an excellent tool and showed me that everything i had done was correct- which also helped.

Torture, pure and simple, dealing with inkfrog.
Using inkfrog is a torturous experience. I feel it is one of the worst designed sites I've ever had the misfortune to use. Support is nonexistent. Problems or issues are never their fault. Without a doubt, inkfrog is one of my least favorite business sites, right up their with Spectrum and AT&T for horrible service at every level.

Inkfrog has been down DAILY for the past 2 months at least, every day (night for USA) for 3-4 hours while their servers "reboot".
No solution, no one to talk to there.
Such a disappointment, you've invested so much time and money while using their system, and suddenly without notice, you need to start it all over again.

I've been using Inkfrog for 10 years+ and until recently loved them.
In the past few months, my listings have taken 2-3 minutes to load. This is killing my productivity.
I asked for help. They said they can't duplicate the problem on their end so they can't fix it.
I have tried several browsers, and tried using an Incognito window, and get the same result. I have no problems with other sites I use.
I only held on this long because I hate to learn a new listing tool and because in the past Inkfrog has served me well.

I have been an inkFrog subscribed user for more than 13 years. When I first signed on it was fun and easy to use their software. I was able to create appealing templates for selling my collectibles on eBay. If I had a problem their support team was quick to reply to a message sent. As the years have gone by inkFrog’s quality and stability have greatly declined. Not only are there major problems with their programing, it takes “their team” forever to fix an issue. Their customer support has become virtually non-existent. They leave their customers in limbo wondering what they are paying this company for. I am writing this review to warn others who are looking for a dependable listing software that you won’t find it with inkFrog. The last 5 years have been an endless process of scrambling to create and correct live listings with their sub-standard programing. I have spent countless hours reformatting all of my listings to remove their embedded html templates in order to ensure that my listings will display correctly. I am truly relieved to finally be free of being ripped off by inkFrog month after month and year after year.

I have been with inkfrog for over 5 years and they are absolutely wonderful. Not just the staff and the software but they are always keeping up with my growing needs. We went from eBay to o haveing many new platforms and if I ever have any questions on stock or issues I know I can go to my dashboard and I will get a sure answer to any discrepancies I may have had. I absolutely love them and I would be lost without them

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible - issues with background ebay processes meant that my revisions were constantly being overwritten. When I asked, they are very eager to say that it isn't their problem. I have more issues with them than I have compliments.
It's a fantastic idea but it's not well thought out, there's a lack of support, there's a lack of ingenuity in the user interface, it's lacking basic features.
I am extremely disappointed, particularly with the support where they just couldn't care less. In 9 months I have had to contact support no less than 10 times - sometimes it was regarding using their product, but most times it was to do with "syncing issues" which they were happy to not take any responsibility for.
When questioned that the app was useless if it wouldn't work with ebay's background processes I was essentially told that it wasn't their problem.

Just terrible avoid at all costs, Inkfrog is broken more than it works. In the last 4 months I think we have probably been able to use it for a maximum of a fortnight.
Utter rubbish, stock answers from "technical" help but never ever a solution.
I couldn't be more pissed
My entire team is currently working to rebuild 100% of our eBay listings and it's going to cost me thousands of dollars.
We used InkFrog for several years and we built beautiful, rich listings with InkFrog Classic. Recently, the InkFrog Classic platform broke down and InkFrog didn't feel like fixing it. They forced everyone to migrate to a brand new platform, InkFrog Open. However, the new platform isn't backwards compatible and 100% of our listings got screwed!
All of our embedded images are gone... deleted! Templates... broken! Sku numbers... changed! We basically have to rebuild every single listing. After selling on eBay for years, it feels like we're starting all over again.
Update 6.23.20: We signed up for InkFrog at $99/yr. InkFrog clearly stated that InkFrog Classic users will pay the same price after being forced onto the new InkFrog Open platform. This was lie.
InkFrog transitioned us to a useless and stripped-down version of the InkFrog Open platform, at the original subscription price. However, it was missing basic features, such as templates, that were included in our original subscription $99/yr subscription. They now want an extra $10/month for templates... and we can't add templates until we upgrade our subscription at $29/month. In short, they promised to honor the original subscription price, but we ended up paying 473% more to maintain the same service level.
Update 6.23.20B: The new HTML listing editor is crap. There's a button to insert tables, but it wasn't working. When I contacted support, their response was, "For the table, you will want to add the content in the code view".
Update 10.04.21: InkFrog compromised our eBay account. Over 100 new listings magically appeared on our eBay account, for items that we don't sell, such as collectible coins. Evidently, a known Inkfrog issue resulted in another Inkfrog user's listings to post to our own eBay account. Fortunately, we caught this right away, and eBay was able to forgive the listing and cancellation fees. However, can you imagine how easily your seller feedback score would be damaged if you suddenly sell a buch of collectible coins that you are unable to fulfill?

Left after only two days
Joined with hope as I have recently taken on staff and need them to access listings. The photo editor was dire. I spent the first two days with poor templates, bad images because the editor refused to apply simple changes such as rotation and cropping. I ended up having to do all my listings on my phone again. Very very poor considering this was a paid account. Closed after two days. Would not recommend Inkfrog to help build your business. Now going elsewhere.
