Great workshop. Really well explained, my resulting flower is beautiful. I bought one of their kits to make baby pumpkins for Halloween with my daughter, sister and mum 😍

This was my 1st order from here. It took 8 days to dispatch my items, Royal Mail was fantastic and delivered within 48 hours. The dips are very thin and I think I'm going to have to let them evaporate... Se mer

Thank you for your positive review. We do appreciate it when people take the time to provide feedback.
Good company and excellent products
Good company and excellent products. Delivery is sometimes a bit slow. The website would benefit from more photos of items such as beads as sometimes it’s difficult to choose what to order.

Delivery was delayed somewhat over January as we all succumbed to the various viruses that were doing the rounds, and there wasn't a single week when everyone was at work. We are trying very hard to update all our photos but it is a bit of a never ending task. However the descriptions generally tell you what the beads are used for which most people find very helpful.
Slow to dispatch
Not sure about the quality of goods yet, it took 5 working days for the order to be dispatched and a week later, its not yet arrived.

You placed an order on the Sunday and it was shipped on the Friday. We are only a small company and on our website it states quite clearly that we aim for a 72 hour turnaround, but we are not always able to achieve that target. If the order was dispatched on the Friday and it had still not arrived a week later, that is down to the Royal Mail rather than Inion Arts.
Don't reply to emails
Don't reply to emails - 3 sent, phone is permanently switched off and not had any confirmation if / when my order is being despatched.

Hello I regret that you feel you have had such a negative experience - you placed your order on 31 December and we replied to you on 7th January after our Christmas break. At this point you asked to add to your order, and we agreed to add to your order, instead of you putting it another order so you could save on the postage. We are in an area with very poor mobile reception, so our phones are not switched off, but unable to connect - which I did explain to you in the email I sent and to which you replied. A confirmation email is sent out automatically when orders are despatched - could this have gone to your Junk folder? Again I have checked and this was sent to you on 15th, after we received payment for the extra items. I think that all things considered you have not given a fair review and I am quite happy if you choose to order your products elsewhere in the future. I will make a note of this on our database.

Thank you for your comments. We are so pleased that you found ordering easy - I will pass your comments on to our IT Department which is currently just Abby who also does the design, creation, mixing resin, finding new colours, workshops and exhibitions!!! She will be really pleased.

Dip Resin is great fun, and is suitable for everyone. Quicker, and needing no extra equipment except a pair of wire snippers, Resin Dip is without doubt the easiest of the many resin crafts currently available. Thank you so much for your lovely review.
I love the product
I love the product, have used them before , but only for a brief experience but thought the starter kit gave me everything I needed . I’m not sure how to find the 5 projects but will start asap

The password to get to the instructions and video on line is on the back of the postcard which is in the plastic pouch on the front of the box, along with the packing list. If you have any difficulty please let us know inionarts@outlook.com. The kit you bought is a really good one for someone knew to the craft. Thank you for such kind comments.

That's really kind of you to say so. We have customers who work with both UK and Resin Dip and they have produced some fantastic work but the beauty of the Resin Dip is that it is so quick, and yes we do have some lovely colours - and introducing more all the time!

Super fast delivery and excellent products. Don't waste time on eBay trying to find the best wire for resin dipping - just buy from Inion.

Svar från Inion Arts
Thank you! You have hit exactly what is important - the wire is so important and if you don't buy the gauge and type recommended, you won't get the result you are looking for. We spend a lot of time on design and always try to offer the best value but sadly some people don't appreciate that.

Nice website, good tutorials and very quick delivery. I am very impressed with the content although I haven't used it yet as I'm working on another project. Looking forward to creating with dipping resin.

We are inventing new colours all the time! I think we have in excess of 50 colours and some of the new Shimmer range in particular are really pretty - shame we can't think of more blue flowers! Thank you for your kind comments.
