Great workshop. Really well explained, my resulting flower is beautiful. I bought one of their kits to make baby pumpkins for Halloween with my daughter, sister and mum 😍

Thank you for taking the time to write a review - reviews are important to us as it helps us to improve! I am pleased that you had a positive experience and that you are willing to share.
Tried something new
Pre order i had a couple of questions, which were answered by the following day. Delivery time was good and well packed.
I've played with my purchases and have enjoyed making the flowers. I purchased an introductory box so that I had what was required for the projects.
The reasons I've not given 5 stars are
Despite trying to call several times the phone was never answered.
Personally I would have liked written instructions and on the how to videos, I would have liked verbal instructions

Thank you very much for your review, and for your kind comments. I think maybe you were trying the old number to get in touch with us. We are in an area where mobile phone reception is very hit and miss and so we have had a land line installed, but there were issues with that and so we were without access to a phone for a number of weeks. We do advise all our customers on everything we send out to email us in preference to phoning. There are written instructions which are fully illustrated and very easy to follow - when you enter the password you are offered an option of choosing the video and/or the written instructions. We used to have verbal instructions on the videos but they did not prove to be popular. I think it is very much a matter of taste.

Clearer info needed
Disappointed to receive only one snowflake crystal (£3!) as six are shown on the page. I presumed the '1' meant 1 pack.
Also the shaper tools are shown as wooden, so was looking forward to receiving them, and not plastic.
Otherwise, all as ordered.

I am so sorry you were disappointed with the crystals, and looking at the website I can see why. I have now changed the description so it is perfectly clear that the price is per crystal and not for the 6 that are shown in the picture. I am afraid that style over accuracy won the day when we were designing the photos. Our original Shaper Tools were wooden, and we are in the process of updating the pictures but in line with our company environmental policy we have changed to a local company who uses entirely recycled materials. They have also made the colours clearer, obviating the need for tape, inserted a groove to make it easier to thread the wire through multiple loops and are in the process of designing a more rounded end so the wire slips more easily off the Shaper Tool. They have also provided us with a customisable box to store them in.
No record of my booking when I turned up

When you arrived, your name wasn't on the list the trainer had, so you were asked how you had made your booking, which was swiftly confirmed. At no point did anyone say there was no record of your having booked. There were plenty of spaces so HAD YOUR ARRIVED ON TIME AND NOT NEARLY 20 MINUTES LATE into a 1 hour workshop you would have had no problem joining in. As it was, the trainer explained it was too late for you to start, and refunded all your money in cash. We did not need to refund the money, as on the bookings email you received it says quite clearly that late arrivals cannot be accepted, and monies for late arrivals cannot be refunded. I can understand you are disappointed at not taking part in the workshop but Inion Arts cannot take responsibility for ensuring you arrive on time. You have attended our workshops in the past, and obviously enjoyed them or you would not have wanted to repeat the experience.
Great and fun resin craft

The delivery was a long time I understand that you may have been busy at Christmas as a new customer I just dident exspect a long delivery wait. other than that the products are fantastic

Svar från Inion Arts
I am sorry the delivery took a long time, but I did email to say that orders place over Christmas/January would take a little longer that hoped because we had issues with our resin deliveries during that time. We do normally hit the 72 hour turnaround, and we fully expect that if you do order again we will hit that target. Thank you very much for your positive comments.
Easy to order
Easy to order, products packed well. Quick response when emailing for update.
Would be good to have updates on any delays or when products have been shipped. Maybe a note on ordering system as it doesn't say if delayed.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. In general, if an order takes longer than 72 hours we do email to let our customers know, and I am sorry if you did not receive an email from us. Thank you again for your positive feedback.
Great product everything you need to make several items
Great product although the instructions are only available through the website and a password which is fine for younger people but my 80yo mother needed written instructions after seeing the video before she would have a go. Everything you need in the kit for making several items great value only lost a star for the instructions and also it took an age to be dispatched my mother could not hold her excitement.

thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that it took such a long time to arrive, but as I did write to you and explain we did not have the resin you required in stock, and had to wait until it could be delivered. It is difficult with the instructions but we do like to think that the video is quite good enough on its own. The instructions can be downloaded and printed - if we send them out in hard copy it would put the price up considerably. Thank you again for taking the time to provide such a positive review - and I do hope your mother is still enjoying the craft!
Well received
I thought it was good value and well packaged. Unfortunately I haven’t used it yet by I think the whole concept of it is great and what I was looking for. I will be ordering from this company again.

This was my 1st order from here. It took 8 days to dispatch my items, Royal Mail was fantastic and delivered within 48 hours. The dips are very thin and I think I'm going to have to let them evaporate a little bit because even doing small petals and leaves they pop and some cracked after drying which I've never had before from other suppliers. Chartreuse isn't as bright as it should be which was a little disappointing. I'm not sure if I would order from Inion again.

Your order was placed late afternoon on the 13th and was completed and taken to the post office on 19th - when we emailed you to tell you that it was ready. However it is disappointing that you are unhappy with the resin - I will make sure the manufacturer is aware of your concerns, and I wish you had let us know earlier so we could have addressed the problems that you say you had then. However, you have found another supplier who will be supplying exactly the same resin so that's something positive for you.
