Ordering was easy, delivery on time. Shame they didn't have all the colours I would have liked but what I did get was great..

Brilliant experience, great tutorial and loved the finished product. Surprisingly more affordable as a craft than I was expecting - already planning another class!

I placed my order yesterday morning and I have just received it. It was well packaged. Excellent service (as always).

Husband bought me a subscription for birthday..items were for the 3 months I had it slow in arrival despite payment being taken on 1st month. To be fair I had a poor experience before with them and I should've trusted my judgement.

Anyway We got to the 14th of the 3rd month and I enquired as to their whereabouts via email to be told they were waiting for some oak to be cut for the packs. I asked why we were not told of the delay and was advised it was a lottery as to who they picked with the stock they had. The rest of us should wait. Helpful I thought but some communication would have been better...

A few more back and forward emails but then randomly following an email I sent asking a specific question was called a liar by Melody (who said I had not sent said email and to forward it time stamped for proof.

Which I did..

...then she had the brass to call me a liar and said my subscription was terminated.

Melody must have been having a really bad day. Customer service is not her forte.

Anyway pleased to go, found a much better supplier who deliver when they say they will and don't accuse me of lying to cover their own sloppy work. No longer tied in to paying £35 a month for fresh air.

This is a wonderful growing business with a great product… I have a subscription and I love doing then every month. The staff are wonderful and very responsive

Worried, as I still haven’t received goods and I’m being asked to review the service?! Hope my arrives this week.

They deliver quickly there kits are worth the money with clear instructions

I saw this product on YouTube and was quite impressed with the results I saw. I went to the site and placed an order (5 stars). I got an email later informing me that this product could not be shipped to the United States (very sad 😢). The website didn’t stop me from placing the order (-1 stars). — I was told this will be corrected so orders outside of the UK cannot be placed.

I may need to visit the UK and try this product and provide a product review

The package is for a birthday present so unable to view contents. Delivery good arrived before text with delivery date on.

I was introduced to you while on a cruise and was fascinated and delighted with the end result. We made the thistle which looks like fine glasswork. I was so impressed by thistle that I sent away for your beginners pack ad making items for the family for Christmas.

Every thing came well packed quantity of each item was well more than expected delivery was a little slower than expected.But all in all very good.

Very pleased with the service. Kept informed of delivery. Lovely colour of the paints. Would recommend this company
