Paid for Full Access but account still shows “Free”

I purchased Full Access and registered using the exact same email address used at checkout. My account exists and I can log in, but it still shows “Free” and there are no download buttons on the template pages.

I have contacted support but have not received a response.

Please activate the Full Access purchase on my account or resend the activation email.

I think the company could have been shutdown, no response from CS and not able to download anything now after paying.

I'm currently in a fix now. I cannot download PPT samples. I've sent countless emails to your support group, and there has been no response. Am I being scammed now?

this is a scam or non active site - zero response from their customer service link. Cancelling via Bank for lack of access to purchases.

I joined 5-6 years ago with a lifetime payment. Recently i cannot gain access and I've emailed support and received no response. Now when I log in, some of the information about my account that used to be there is missing. Disappointing - I have paid for a lifetime and expect continuance. I don't want to have to pay another site.

I purchased the team license for 5 users and was never given access codes to have the additional users login. This was months ago, and requests to their help email have gone unanswered. I would not have purchased a team license if I knew there wouldn't be any way to give access to my team and I'm shocked that help emails go completely unanswered. There are also no details about how to contact the company other than the help email address that I've already used. Would not recommend.

I paid for the lifetime member service just to access a specific ppt that was advertised and then couldn't find it. Then when I went back to log in a second time I couldn't log in and I also couldn't reset my password none of the links on the page worked.

Bad support and bad website.
They won’t activate my account even after proof of payment and they won’t refund the money.. They say my account is active, yet I never downloaded anything, cause it never worked.. Also, you get a million emails from Infografolio after signing up. What a scam

Very bad UI:
- every time i visit their website I need to sign in. It is really not convenient
- I cant download a particular slide that I need. Every time I need to download the whole presentation
- bad catalog that is not convenient for search

Outdated design
- templates that are not updated
- small number of templates

It was a very smooth experience to get started on the website. Just created an account, purchased the full access + vector icons, and then got immediate access to download all the content that I want. It was what I expected and it was exactly what I received.

I had an initial problem logging in for the first time. So I wrote an email about it, without great expectations of having a soon reply since it was at the beginning of a weekend. But I had inmediate response -and solution- through Kim who was very helpful.
