Si vous cherchez un moyen rapide de jeter 69$ par la fenêtre, félicitations : vous venez de trouver l’entreprise parfaite. Ils appellent ça des templates premium… moi j’appelle ça des fichiers basiques, moches, et tellement mal fichus que même mon ordinateur a tenté de se protéger en refusant de les ouvrir. Quand votre PC a plus d’instinct de survie que le vendeur, c’est mauvais signe.
Cerise sur le gâteau : les mêmes modèles — en mieux, évidemment — sont à 19$ sur Creative. Mais bon, pourquoi vendre honnêtement quand on peut gonfler les prix et espérer que personne ne s’en rende compte ?
Le service client ? Une masterclass d’incompétence. Ils ont réussi l’exploit de refuser un remboursement alors que leurs fichiers sont potentiellement corrompus. On atteint un niveau de mauvaise foi qui force presque l’admiration.
Bref : contenu médiocre, prix délirants, fichiers suspects, SAV fantôme. Une entreprise qui coche toutes les cases du “ne jamais acheter ici”.
Un conseil : courez. Non, vraiment. Courez.

The number of slides is great though some slides are similar across the sets, better ability to edit colors would be great too. And of there were real examples of what the text boxes might be used for coIld be helpful context for the user

DO NOT BUY!!!!
I bought this product on a whim (really great website, templates looked good). Price had a 50% off (if you bought within 14 hours running clock). This was not true as the 50% off remained in perpetuity.
Once you purchase, popups for additional products and features (which I believed would have been part of the core package) were offered at additional cost.
Once purchased, you get a link to download a series of files (4K), each redundant that covers PPT, Google, Apple, etc. into a massive zip repository. There is no portal, tool, nothing that you would expect in a modern application. Further, each file is simply a group of static image dialogs that import into your application (PPT). You can change the text (change a 5 into a 6) but there is no dynamic aspect (i.e. if you want a timeline that has 8 points, you're stuck with 5 as the original design depicts.
This is a 1995 style application. I'm surprised I didn't need to wait for a floppy disc in the mail to install.
My fault for not doing proper due diligence, but don't make the same mistake.

The templates are fully editable—you can update the text, colors, icons, and adjust layouts—but they are pre-designed slide templates rather than dynamic tools.
Regarding the download, everything comes in a .zip file so you can easily access the files in the format you prefer. We also provide previews on our website so customers can see the style and format before purchase.

I have had a lot of issues with the…
I have had a lot of issues with the vendor, from access to the templates in my subscription, to download issues and then when I purchased their excel spreadsheet package the formulas are password protected, and I cannot edit the files. No response to any of my contact form requests and the phone number is disconnected.

I have had considerable problems…as stated regarding a helpful initial response but then a terse response that had not been responded to and continue to spam my folder.
I have had considerable problems working with this provider. They tried to fix the use of my purchase initially. When this didn’t work I requested my money back which they stated that they would not do so in line with their Texan policy on returns. Frustrated by this I sent the person who replied to me (Jason) a clear and definitive response back why this was not appropriate in the UK under our laws and they have not had the decency to return/respond to me.
