I just bought the Personal and already billed me, but my account still says Get Full Access.
What is going on?

Great value, as they continously add new templates. Used a few for work now, and everyone was amazed by the improvement in my PowerPoints' quality.

The content is frequently updated at no additional cost. And the Quality is high. It is worth it!!

I have signed up and paid for the membership being sure that I can cancel it within 30 days (that equals its trial period). I did not find graphics I was hoping to get and used ZERO of the offered templates. Asked to cancel my purchase and give me a refund, and even after three e-mails back and forth I was refused to get my money back. I guess, I am the only paying customer the could not lose.

Super. Very Good stuff and updates. I can really recommend it for everybody.

Excellent Value! Regular updates and communication is worth each dollar you spent on lifetime membership. Highly recommend!

Excellent tools for my power point presentations

I find them really helpful when I make presentations. Especially, the new template, watercolours, is valuable for me because most of my audience are young Japanese mothers who love the soft and fluffy taste. I will give you five stars If there were suitable templates for Language development in deaf children with hearing aids, for example, cochlear implants and other hearing aids.

Your infographics are really great, apealing, and well-designed. I find them really helpful when Iam making presentations and want to drive my points home quite easily.

It is amazing how much material Infograpify delivers every week. I love it!
I'll give 5 stars when designs start having more cheerful colors. Most of them are using pale colors and I have to spend time changing them.

I am indebted to Infograpify as it helps me get my content creation done. I make English teaching video lessons and online courses and these infographics are both useful and timesaving.
The updates with new infographic packs come round every so often and will surely find a use in my projects.

I have been using Infograpify for quite some time now. The decks are all professional and the regular updates are fantastic. As an advisor/consultant, I would be lost without all the fantastic templates. 5-stars and highly recommended!

Purchased this about two years ago and true to their word, I have received regular updates of high quality graphics. Good investment

I immediately felt like this was a scam. I paid up front, and in exchange was sent on a wild goose chase trying to access and download the content.

Much to my surprise, and after repeated attempts to get ahold of customer support, I was given an access code to the templates - as advertised. (within 24 hours of buying them)

So, have faith. I do think its a legit company, and does have solid materials.

Deluso dal sistema. Purtroppo non posso chiedere il reso poiché ho scaricato 1 prodotto per testarlo e quindi non posso avvalermi della politica dei resi (ma non potevo nemmeno provare prima dell'acquisto). Uso Google Slides per le presentazioni e la compatibile non è eccelsa, poiché si scarica un file .pptx che va caricato in Google Slides. I file sono di enormi dimensioni e molto "pesanti" da gestire, con rallentamenti nel ridimensionare le infografiche. Altri siti (che permettono anche di scaricare presentazioni gratuitamente) fanno meglio con compatibilità al 100% con Google Slides

Please note - I've seen a few comments about folks not being able to log in to download the templates. I emailed support and then received notice that my account was active and the login details. It worked fine after that. Hope his helps. :)

I purchased an infographics package. Money was debited in my credit card. Still, account not active and no reply to emails. Pure scam! Don't buy this!

Great variety of very useful templates. The process of creating an account failed on first hand, but the Infograpify-team offered a perfect support at the speed of lightning, using the chat feature. That´s what you call worldclass service! Thanks!
