I recently gave thi company 1 star but since received my perfume wish to upgrade review now after many exchanges of emails i was advised it was out for delivery and received it on day i was promised.

CRISP Knows Customer Service!
The product arrived on time and in factory packaging. All RMA data was included.
I had a Nintendo Switch and the unit performed perfectly for the purpose.
I will be keeping CRISP at the top of the list and would definitely use their services again in the future.

Smooth check out online and shipped/showed up on time. I ordered a Nintendo switch and Zelda BOTW for a month. I did have a problem with the left joycon as it had joycon drift. I messaged them about the issue and they had a replacement out to me within 2days or less + added an extra week to my 1 month rental.. Very satisfied with the company and will be spreading the good word about them.. ☺

Delivery was delayed by 2 days so give yourself some room if needed by a certain date. Other than that, drone was practically new. Easy rental process. Very competitive pricing. Would def use their services again!

The thing I loved most about this…
The thing I loved most about this company is the Customer Service! These guys go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with your order.. Any corrections or changes needed to be made to your order their on it pronto! The response time is amazing whether it’s by email, text, or phone call! Highly recommend this drone rental company, I’m defiantly booking with only them in the near future.. I never do reviews. Let that sink in😏💯

Cares about customer satisfaction.
I rented a Nintendo Switch through the website. The pricing was clear, and the shipment was accurate.
I had a question about the console after I've received it and got a personal phonecall from the owner, who helped me solve the issue. This is clearly a company that cares about it's customers.

This was amazingly easy
This was amazingly easy! I'd definitely use them every time I need one of their items and am not ready to buy it outright. We rented the Nintendo Switch and it arrived very quickly. Packing it up to ship back was easy as well - we just used the same box it came in and slapped the pre-paid sticker over the old one.
