This product may be a good product but! I explained to them that I had accidentally ordered the wrong cover. They were kind said no problem, we will exchange it. Even sent me a return label. I was out of town for 2 weeks and didn't get a chance to send it back before I left. I was within 2 days of a month since they sent the label, and guess what? They wouldn't exchange it! They now have the one I sent back to them, and I have nothing! I wouldn't order anything else from them.

Outstanding product and even better customer service.

I bought the Wingmate phone case because I wanted a way to carry cards and cash without them being visible or falling out like they do with other cases. This case solves that perfectly — everything stays secure and hidden, and the case itself feels solid and well designed.

What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. After installing the case, my existing screen protector started peeling up. I emailed Scooch asking for advice, and not only did they respond with helpful suggestions, they actually mailed me a free screen protector at their own expense to fix the issue.

That kind of service is rare. In my opinion, the true measure of a company is how they handle problems. Scooch took my problem, treated it like their problem, and solved it immediately.

It's an excellent, well-made case that I wish I'd known about years ago! It's sturdy, keeps my cards intact, and the corner bumpers protect my Iphone safely. I just wish the inside magnet was stronger, but it still works very well.

I love my Scooch phone case . It’s really well made & I love that I can put my credit cards inside without them being seen ! Looking forward to seeing new cases coming out! Will definetely buy again .

So far the holder is good. Credit cards hidden & not a chance of falling out or being stolen. Good quality & pretty design. Costumer service great to work with.

I just want to say that this company has got excellent customer service their product is exceptional. My product came in damaged. I made one email to the company and a new one was sent out without issue.

The screen protector was easy to apply. It came very fast. Instructions were clear.

I love your products.

I just bought a phone lanyard and now I can just wear my phone as a crossbody when I run into places or don’t want to carry a purse. I carry 2 debit cards and my license in it. It’s easy to open and close when I need to make a transaction. It’s perfect for me because I hate carrying a purse.

case and design! It is very substantial material. I love the design for the cards and appreciate the car mount. I had a struggle trying to fit my phone. I was afraid I would break something. I finally got it on and couldn’t open the cover for card slot. Once I got it open, it wouldn’t lock again and cards fell out. It also caused the top edges of screen protector to lift, so sadly I had to go back to my old case. I gave 5 stars because I do love the case. I just don’t know if I will be able to make it work on my phone.

The case arrived on time. Solid case, I like that the back is one piece with the wallet flap, doesn't catch when putting in a pocket or purse. Cute design, holds about 3 cards plus cash. It is a little snug, but cards feel secure.

Seems great just recently received

I love this case and tell everyone about it. I bought this phone case at the phone store on a whim. I tried the otterbox before and the screen cracked. I have dropped my phones many times and the screen has never cracked. The quality is remarkable, the designs are nice and the kickstand is one of a kind. All of that with a great price.

Love the case! Beautiful and slim. My only personal drawbacks? There is no hole for a lanyard/wriststrap, and it is a struggle to open the space for the cards with arthritic hands. Also you HAVE to buy their magnet to work with the case!

This charging cord is fantastic! Having adapters on both ends makes it really useful.

Definitely SCooCH is the best one I ever had and I love it too much!
