Very satisfied with the camera I rented as well as the customer service. I will definitely be using Crisp again for any rentals I need :) Thank you Crisp!

First of all, I am not the type of person that gives reviews, unless someone really deserves it, either in a good way or bad way. However, for Crisp, I really believe that they deserve an excellent review! At first, I was skeptical when I heard about Crisp, wondering if they are really legit or if their rentals are in good condition. However, I don't regret a bit ever renting from them. I rented GoPro Hero 7 black. I received everything that I ordered, packed nicely in a box. The GoPro is in excellent working condition, almost like brand new. Furthermore, Crisp has everything ready inside the box, return postage, even tape to re-seal the box included! Lastly, I accidentally broke the selfie stick, but what amazes me, is the team at Crisp. I emailed them to inform about the incident. They assured me not to worry. Then once they received the rentals back, they emailed me again saying that everything is fine and didn't charge me for anything! I did buy the insurance when I rented the Go Pro. However, the way the Crisp team handles everything is what makes them deserves an excellent review! I would rent from Crisp again if I ever need anything, hence, I would recommend renting from Crisp.

Fabulous! So caring, considerate, transparent & straight forward. Loved dealing with them. I ordered a OSMO Pockets. My trip got cancelled. They offered free return and even waived 50% shipping. I was amazed. Of course I was going to be able to afford full shipping. They in turn offered me to keep and use it for a Week!!! Unbelievable.....Will always Crisp! Thanks Bryon......!

I really enjoyed crisp. The product was delivered even earlier than the expected delivery date and everything was packaged nice and neatly. I really appreciated that a blank SD card also came with the equipment. Will definitely use again!

I have to admit I was a little worried when I rented a gopro hero 7 black for such a great price. Now I can say have no fears it was a great experience. During the process they quickly responded to any and all of my emails. The product and service far exceeded my expectations. I will use crisp in the near future again.

Renting with Crisp was fantastic! Not only did they provide great customer service, but they also accommodated my order and made a custom bundle just for me! I loved playing my Nintendo Switch for the whole month I rented it. It was in great condition, too! Will definitely be renting again!

Great Experience. Easy process, good customer interaction (follow-up, status info, etc.). Drone arrived perfectly, worked great out of the box (but, as Crisp suggests, I highly recommend checking youtube first). A little tricky to get all the parts back in the box (it is delivered in the OEM box and so the packing is quite precise - maybe a small youtube video showing how to repack would make sense?).

I wish the Nintendo Switch I got was in a bit better condition. I also think 30 should have been the max you pay each month, especially because it’s not new and you can tell.

All in all it is a legit company who responds fast and I’m happy to play with the switch but there are some negatives.

This was a very fun experience! I rented the Oculus Quest for my sons 19th birthday and Crisp made It incredibly easy to rent. Provided was a return label that you put over the same box that it came in which makes it convenient and easy to ship back. I was also surprised that they give some strips of packaging tape as well.

As for the Quest I wouldn’t Recommend it to a persons under 12 years old as my seven-year-old son punched or TV accidentally playing Creed, I will also add that people should be supervised because of the movement while playing.

After looking at a few companies offering an Oculus Quest console rental offering only two days for over $150 dollars I gave up trying to rent. I later saw an add for Crisp showing exactly what I wanted to rent and took a chance that was well worth it. If you want to play with some of the most prestigious gadgets/games I recommend Crisp, they make everything convenient.
Finally I will add that I wasn’t charged any late fees or bogus claim fees and you can even extend your rental if wish.

I had to rent a drone last minute for an overseas trip and Crisp's promised free 2-day shipping really pulled through. Their prices are unbeatable and communication with the company is very smooth. The whole rental process was truly a stress-free experience and I will definitely rent from them again.

Osmo pocket arrived on time and it was in great condition. Sending it back was easy... just dropped it off at the post office and that was it. Would recommend Crisp and will use again.

I was very pleased with every aspect of the rental of a projector! It arrived as scheduled, it worked great, I appreciated the time if one week, and the pricing was a good!!! We used it for our 50th class reunion and were pleased.
