Aoibhín explained the new upgrade they would be transferring us to. She was lovely to talk to and even offered her details for direct contact if I should need to. We have been with imagine 2 years now and we have had no issues.

Great Company!
Great company to deal with! They send regular communication regarding product updates or current issues and I've always had good support when ive needed it. I recently spoke to Aoibhín regarding upgrading to fibre broadband and she couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable! Keep up the great work!

I am a current customer of Imagine. I find the customer service excellent. I have had my share of sales and tech agents from various past experiences and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with Imagine. They always resolve the problem at hand which has been very few and far between. Communication is excellent, they will send a text if there is an issue, again very rare. I hope to move to fibre soon and had a very helpful agent - Molly - no pressure to buy just all useful information and time given to explain it all - unlike other big prominent companies. I highly recommend Imagine

Imagine contacted me to migrate my service from their old technology to 5G. They were very clear about the timeline, options and price changes. They followed up with a phone call to discuss and finalise the new contract. Very easy.

Folks stay clear of this company!!! Wish I had of done abit more research!! Constant lies. Terrible customer service. When they try to solve a problem and say as a 'goodwill gesture' don't be fooled, you will have money taken from your account the following month.
They don't return calls when they say they will, thats just to fob you of. Ohh and the Internet doesn't be an EIR problem they'll fob you of on that to.
And please Barry don't reply to this with the generic message, no yous don't reply or get the team to try solve the issue...its abit embarrassing at this stage. Again lies.

Nice staff but need to follow through
The individual staff such as Mikayel Aoibhín are lovely but the expected callback in half an hour never happened so I had to recall them. I am now waiting for a call regarding an appointment for the installation of the fibre broadband box so I hope that won’t take too long. In the meantime I have no home WiFi which is frustrating.

5 * service from Imagine
I have been a customer of Imagine for many years when I had satellite broadband with them and recently was contacted about upgrading to Fibre. Spoke with the charming Molly who talked me through the process and explained everything in great detail. She was so positive helpful and informative. Even though there are other providers I have decided to stay with Imagine as the package is amazing and great value.

Like all the other reviews I’m reading we have had the same issue. Weren’t notified about this wonderful switch to 5g 🙌🙌. Waited 12 days after being told different dates of our new modem arrival. Of course they were all lies.
(You guys should really have a script for lies at least then you all have the same story ) Anyway after we got our new modem. We are pleased to go from around 20mbs to an abysmal 1.2mbs. So of course watching Netflix on multiple devices not possible.
Of course nobody else is going to read this apart from angry customers and the service support.
Please get in contact with me about how you’ve managed to get me to switch to a new 5g wireless service 🙌🙌🙌 and it is significantly worse.
