Aoibhín was very helpful in processing my request to change from the 5g router to a mounted antenna. 5g routers don't appear to be much use in older homes. I live in a rural stone house and the signal was woeful even though I'd ben told my location should be a "Good - Great signal".

Imagine is gone in the Irish market! Since announcing their move to 'Imagine 5G Broadband' their service has gone to pieces. Constant glitches and kamikaze download speeds (based on two connections I pay for!). I have Junior & Leaving Cert exams going on in my house - thank you Imagine! You have made this more painful than it needed to be!
I am gone as of 29/06/26...which is my deadline to move to your 'Imagine 5G Broadband' offering - on your terms! Exciting Upgrade...you are offering a technology that is dying [fast]!

Customer service is excellent. We've returned to Imagine after a dreadful experience with Vodafone fibre. Fingers crossed this internet service will be better. Customer service is A1 - dealt with George, very knowledgeable and patient.
