Robbery!
Just got off the phone with Pre-pay Power (PPP). I was enquiring about maybe switching my broadband provider and was looking for a quote from them. Lol..the guy on the line (who seemed to be working from home), informed me that PPP charge..wait-for-it..€1.74 'per 'DAY'!!! which amounts to over €600 annually...for broadband... Im not going to lie, i just laughed at him and hung up the phone. For perspective, i currently pay €40 annually.
Very poor service
Very poor service. Speed was slow. Had no Internet for 3 weeks during christmas. First they blamed the line coming in. Had circet call morning of Xmas eve and said line was perfect it was there router causing problems.

Had my wifi installed by Nik. Excellent engineer. Very polite. Nik installed the wifi exactly how I wanted. Speeds were checked and everything was carefully explained to me. Very happy with the installation service.

They sold me a service that never worked even once. From day one it was useless. When I complained, they called me a liar. No fix, no apology, just gaslighting and blatant contempt.
This isn’t incompetence—it’s deliberate deception. Their sales team lies to make a sale, and the company protects itself by punishing anyone who dares question it. Trust them at your peril.
The most dishonest, predatory service experience I’ve ever endured. Avoid like the plague.

This is a joke of a WiFi company and my WiFi went for one week and not one person came to fix it after many calls and emails, Today is the 20th of December and it’s gone again.
A complete joke of a broadband company.

HOW CAN TRUSTPILOT GIVE THIS COMPANY 4.5 STARS WHEN THEY ARE CLEARLY RUBBISH?????
We recently left sky as they don’t support fiber broadband so my husband phoned Regional Broadband and was told, “Our high speed broadband is amazing, you won’t be disappointed”.
Well it’s CRAP!
We done speed tests and initially it’s high and then all of a sudden it just drops off.
My husband reported the problem and some foreign woman has said over and over again “it’s not their problem”!
Then we got a guy on the next phone call and he can clearly see the signal dropping.
They sent a box apparently a week and a half ago and we never got it, then another one was sent and still never came.
They won’t respond to my emails either so we are moving provider again.

Living in rural Ireland. Internet download speed 2. Contacted Regional Broadband who were very helpful on the phone. Nik the engineer came from Galway and arrived at 10am as agreed, He completed the assessment of coverage outside first and installed the aerial outside and modem with a download speed of 62. Nik was very professional and explained the process at every stage of the installation and I would recommend this service to everyone.

Nike arrived ahead of schedule, surveyed the house, gave me suggestions and option for installation.

Nick arrived on time, and explained every step, even the change of plan of where he was going to put the receiver. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that’s looking for broadband.

Very disappointed
As a loyal customer for 3 years @ €34.99 per month, I was shocked when I checked my bank details to find that almost double that amount was taken from my account for a 4 month period. When I rang to complain & ask for a refund, I got no satisfaction whatsoever. The tone had completely changed from the very nice person who sold me the package initially to a buzz off attitude. Moral of my story, cancel immediately once your contract expires!
