Worse customer service in Claremorris shop with inexperienced staff long waits and manager clueless.
Went in to purchase a phone on prepaid for my daughter and port a number from 3. The sale process was very badly handled and offer on line ended up more expensive overall even though a discount was advertised. My number was ported without a completion of purchase the device and their attitude of not being able to fix it was very disappointing the least.
They advertise and misled customers and what's worse the staff HAS NO CLUE HOW TO PROCESS SALES.
KELCO LTD in Donegal owns most of these shops in the west and all I can conclude with is TRAIN YOUR STAFF BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM.
IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE COMPANY AND TO VODAFONE BRAND OVERALL.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KELCO SHOPS OR VODAFONE TO ANYONE I THE FUTURE.
I ENDED UP WITH MY NUMBER BEING TRANSFERRED ACROSS FOR NOT INTENDED PURPOSE.

I have purchased a new mobile phone this morning, in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. Actually, my mobile phone has been stolen yesterday evening... Along with my new mobile phone, I have got a new SIM card and I was able to keep my old phone number( I am a Vodafone client).
I would like to thank to the Vodafone staff who assisted and guided me through the whole process, her name is Adriana. She was very helpful, prompt and extremely efficient!

My husband and I had the best experience when we both changed our phones in Vodafone Swords last week . Tim gave us the best customer service we could have hoped for . We were in store for well over an hour and I felt that every staff member was as courteous and helpful as Tim . I would happily return and highly recommend.

I recently visited the Vodafone shop in Swords and had a great experience thanks to Tim. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and explained my options clearly without any pressure.
What stood out most was his patience and professionalism — he made sure I was completely comfortable with my choice and answered all my questions thoroughly. It’s not always easy to find such attentive customer service, and Tim really made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, excellent service and a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend this Vodafone shop, especially if you get assistance from Tim.

I had the best experience purchasing a new phone with Tracy last week. My phone had broken and Tracy offered me support and advice and stopped me panicking! I switched from pay as you go to bill pay and I was offered thorough advice and I was even able to trade in my old phone which was a huge bonus! Thanks so much Tracy for all your help, I will definitely be back ☺️

The staff were very helpful to a 78 year old man and halped with setting up my new Vodafone and all the explanstion was very easy to follow. The staff today were Noel, Victor and Bobbi

I visited Vodafone in Wilton shopping centre Cork today with a problem with my phone. The gentleman that fixed my phone was so helpful, kind and compassionate that I would like to commend him for his customer service qualities.
It was a settings problem but he was so knowledgeable that he fixed it promptly.

I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB as an upgrade through Vodafone and was clearly told during the call that the phone was in stock and would be shipped shortly.

I explained that I urgently needed the phone for business as my current device has water damage, and they reassured me there would be no issue.

Now it has been over a month and I still have no phone.

Every time I contact them, I get the same generic reply saying the order is on back order because the device went out of stock during processing. No clear timeline, no proper update, and no real effort to resolve the situation.

What makes this worse is that I only saved around €200 compared to buying it elsewhere. Had I known this would happen, I would have just paid the extra and avoided this delay.

Very disappointing experience from such a large company. Poor communication, misleading information, and no accountability.

I was in store last Friday, March 13th. Had a couple to questions about moving from moving from prepay to bill & was given great detailed information from a girl called Tracey. She was extremely informative & kind. Did not feel rushed or pressured into anything by her, and I was extremely happy with the service she provided. Would highly recommend!

I was dealing with Tracey in Swords, she was so helpful and friendly. I was looking to buy a new phone but i wasnt sure what i wanted. She went through all my options and advised me on what best suited my needs. Very happy with the level of customer service i received.
