Would shop again
Always so prompt with email responses. Everything is clear. Even when they're out of stock it's clear to see that your item would be on a back order. Easy to purchase and always had quick delivery.

Whilst the company's products and service has been good in the past. For the second time within last 6 months the company has mixed up the details and orders on my two unconnected dance schools accounts. I feel this was unacceptable, and worrying as too how safe my data is.

I truely find the costumes to be of great quality. The delivery is just fantastic. The only negative is that the size guide should be per age if possible as with 250 students it is impossible to measure each child.

Thank you for the great review. As far as the sizing is concerned the manufacturers all work to different sizing standards so we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. Some of these include ages but not all of them.
everything is absolut professional,

This is a website which works practically for me. I can search for my past orders. Search bar works too. The only complaint I have is having to pay VAT for bigger sizes. This VAT doesn’t always come up clearly. Moreover children are bigger sizes these days. VAT is meant for adults but these children are not adults because they wear bigger sizes.

Thank you for the review and your positive comments about the website. I am sorry about the VAT but this is something imposed by the Government and is entirely out of our control. We have no say over when VAT starts to be charged although we fully appreciate that children are getting bigger.
High quality costumes at very good prices
Very high quality costumes at very good price. Costume bags with are so useful. First costume order had to be cancelled as was told it would arrive in 2 months, a month after our competition, however second costume choice instead was fab next day delivery! Make sure to check shipping dates by phoning before ordering, and they can tell you which ones they already have in the Uk.

Thank you for the great review. The reason the tax is not shown is because the catalogue is also used by customers abroad who have different rates.
