I just want to express my gratitude and thanks for the excellent customer service my claims specialist Josh consistently gives me. I could not ask for a more wonderful experience whenever my cars need claim! He is so nice, kind, professional, courteous, and treats you like his own family. He works hard at what he does and always tries his best to make sure the coverage I have under my policy is truly represented and applied. He responds promptly to all my calls and emails and we even communicate via text as well and you can easily text him literally any time of the day or night even after hours he still takes the time to respond to me which is totally going above and beyond the call of duty! Josh is hands down the best claims agent anyone could ever hope to deal with.

I called in looking for vehicle repair coverage and left with true peace of mind. My rep was courteous, concise, and quickly helped me find a plan that fits my needs. Would highly recommend iDeal Auto Protect!

I bought a policy for my Jaguar last winter from Danny Parker. I was skeptical at first, but i Just had to have the Air Conditioner replaced, smack in the middle of summer, i was so nervous. I called Danny and after connecting me to his claims department, i learned they will deal directly with my dealer. After 2 days i got my car repaired and only paid $100 out of pocket. They even covered my rental car fee! Thanks so much Danny and ideal!

“What a great experience” I didn’t think I would be saying that. I recently bought a used ML63 AMG, and had set up an extended warranty with another company prior to purchasing. After I got the car, I called back to purchase the policy, at which time the rep informed me that they no longer offered a policy for my car even though they used the VIN to quote me a price and terms. It seemed a little shady to me. I got online and called IDeal Auto Protect and spoke with Shaun Michaels. He quickly took some info and told me what they could offer me. It turns out that it was a few bucks less (similar price), longer term, and almost twice the miles. It was all quick and easy thanks so much Shaun.

Wish I could put 0 star. I have been dealing with these clowns for a month or more and am still waiting for payment. This company is full of liars. They never paid me to repair my vehicle. First they told me that the payment had been mailed to me, which I never received. Then they told me that they were going to pay me by electronic payment which they have never done, with the excuse that they are waiting for their accounting division that I must wait 24 hours, which has been 2 or 3 weeks of that. This guy named Josh Walker and his supervisor are the worst of the worst. I paid 3k for my elite plus and when it came time to use it they never paid the dealer and I ended up paying the dealer to receive my vehicle which was there for almost a month. Please never use this company.

Updated 7/28/2021. Today, Mr. Josh Walker contacted me to say that in order to pay me, he would be conditioned to remove this review (sounds like a threat). Anyway, after a somewhat heated conversation, he informed me that he would contact me around 1:00 p.m. to make the payment. It's 5:54 pm (et) and I still haven't gotten the call. I'll keep you informed.

Ojalá pudiera poner 0 estrella. He estado lidiando con estos payasos durante un mes o más y todavía estoy esperando el pago. Esta empresa está llena de mentirosos. Nunca me pagaron para reparar mi vehículo. Primero me dijeron que me habían enviado el pago por correo, que nunca recibí. Luego me dijeron que me iban a pagar mediante pago electrónico lo cual nunca han hecho, con la excusa de que están esperando su división contable que debo esperar 24 horas, que han sido 2 o 3 semanas de eso. Este tipo llamado Josh Walker y su supervisor son lo peor de lo peor. Pagué 3k por mi elite plus y cuando llegó el momento de usarlo, nunca le pagaron al concesionario y terminé pagando al concesionario para que recibiera mi vehículo, que estuvo allí durante casi un mes. Por favor, nunca use esta empresa.

Actualizado el 28/7/2021. Hoy, el Sr. Josh Walker se comunicó conmigo para decirme que para poder pagarme, estaría condicionado a eliminar esta revisión (suena como una amenaza). De todos modos, luego de una conversación un tanto acalorada, me informó que se comunicaría conmigo alrededor de la 1:00 p.m. para realizar el pago. Son las 5:54 pm (et) y todavía no he recibido la llamada. Le mantendré informado.

update: 7/29 No news so far. More than 24 hours have passed since the last time Mr. Josh Walker indicated that would call me to carry out the transaction, nothing happened, liars.

Ninguna novedad hasta el momento. Han pasado más de 24 hrs desde la última vez que me indicó que me llamaría para efectuar la transacción, nada paso. Mentirosos, sin palabra.

8/11/21 Nothing at this moment. Still waiting for them to pay me. The dont answer the calls.

9/3/21. Still no answer. This company, employees and supervisors are a group of irresponsible people who what they do is ruthlessly lie to people so that they buy the product and then not pay when requesting the services.

My service representative Nick Bauer gave me awesome customer service and put me in the right plan that I need for my coverage

Ideal Auto Protect is a great company. Will Tarpley and Josh Walker have delivered on everything they promised with outstanding customer service. I have researched many other quotes from warranty companies that fell short. I have no doubt my decision for coverage by this company gives me the best bang for my buck. By choosing the plan best suited for my situation, I am covered completely on my Toyota Avalon Hybrid.
Thank You Ideal Auto Protect, Josh, and Will for letting me purchase this product giving me peace of mind while driving. In today’s world knowing you have a plan covering virtually every part on your automobile is priceless.

My experience was off to a rocky start, but Joshua was great, got my problem handled. He spoke directly to the dealership. He took great care to resolve the miscommunication from the dealership!
