Affordable pricing for my warranty. Was surprised how good their pricing was. Not used to companies that don’t try to rip as much of my hard earned money as they can from me. Already used the rim and tire protection and had my rim replaced. One happy customer.

Finally a warranty company with a smooth claims process. It’s my 5th car I have under warranty in my life but the first one I ever signed up with ideal. Can’t believe how fast they were. Claim was filed proceessed and approved within 24 hours. Wish I found this company faster. Would’ve saved me a lot of aggravation in my life. Thanks to Will in sales and josh in claims!!

At one point I was planning on getting a extended warranty through ideal because compared to another warranty provided by my car dealership I got 60,000 more mile coverage for the same price. As it turns out I did not need to purchase the extended warranty. I contacted Benjamin Martin and explained to him my circumstances he offered me another opportunity for a different plan but I stated at this point that I wasn't interested, due to the fact that my circumstances have changed. He stated that he understood and claimed that he was going to go ahead and process my refund right away. I was quite skeptical because I've dealt with this before and usually you get to run around and it takes you about 3 to 4 weeks before you ever see a refund, but he stated he put it through and sure enough the next day my refund was back in my account. It was nice to deal with someone like this where there was no pressure and he actually did what he said he was going to do. Should I need to purchase an extended warranty I will definitely be going through ideal.
