Top Icetub! Werkt goed en is van hoge kwaliteit! Ik gebruik hem nu dagelijks en heb nul problemen.

Wát een ervaring. Heerlijk zo’n IJsbad elke ochtend. En als je er eentje wil hebben moet je hier bij Icetubs zijn. De service is perfect en kijk dat design. Hij werkt sinds dag één als een zonnetje(knipoog) en is altijd goed op temperatuur.

Goede en snelle levering. Contact met bedrijf was zeer prettig. De icetub wordt snel koud en ook echt 3 graden. Kortom, zeer tevreden met IceTubs. Ik zou dit iedereen aanraden.

Na een maand gebruik te hebben gemaakt van mijn Icetubs Barrel kan ik zeggen dat het al mijn geld waard is geweest. Ik sta versteld van de kwaliteit en techniek van het ijsbad. Daarnaast was de levering en service van Icetubs erg netjes. Als je om je lichamelijke gezond geeft, is dit een must!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Eiswanne, das Ergebnis ist fantastisch. Ich kann nicht leben ohne!

I paid for my tub (barrel, actually) on October 20th, and it arrived on December 20th. And here's where the problems began. It arrived damaged. That damage wasn't from shipping; it was from poor manufacturing, lack of quality control, and the fact that it was drop-shipped from Lithuania. That means the company that sold me the tub never even saw it, but they have a subcontractor who builds and ships them directly from Lithuania. In theory, I don't mind that, as I don't care how their logistics look. But here's where the problem escalates.

The ice tubs representative was very polite via email, but from the first email, he started introducing a 3rd party into the conversation - "our production team." They are on vacation, I'm waiting on them, I've contacted them, etc. So it's not their fault it's the "production team's fault". I could live with that, too, but here's the kicker.

They will NOT fix the barrel! They will send the parts, and I have to fix it. Yes. That's how their "warranty" looks. They send you parts, and you do free labor after you pay thousands of euros. It's now been over a month since I reported the issues, and I still have a broken product. The replacement parts still haven't arrived (they are not even shipped yet), and I'm still expected to fix it myself.

Extremely low value for money. Would never purchase again. How's the barrel itself? No idea. Don't want to try it until it's fixed.

A few months ago, I visited the Icetubs showroom to try out the ice bath before deciding to purchase. I was warmly welcomed, and the staff felt experienced and skilled. The tub itself is robust, and the wood finish gives it a premium touch. I find it a refreshing change from the typical plastic models I've seen. I especially like how the cold steel interior amplifies the sensation of cold. Having had the tub at home for about 2 weeks now, I appreciate the convenience of activating it through the app, giving it a smart product vibe. Overall, I'm pleased with my Ice bath. Thank you!

Geniales Produkt und genau das wonach ich gesucht habe. Die Eiswanne ist optisch sehr wertig, die Handhabung finde ich leicht verständlich und der Support, trotz länderübergreifend, war sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Wollte mir schon lange ein icetub besorgen aber bei anderen firmen hat mich entweder Qualität, Design oder die maximal mögliche Kälte einfach nicht überzeugt.
Hier stimmt für meine Ansprüche einfach alles. Benutze es jetzt seit 2 Monaten. Habe mich schon seit Jahren nicht mehr so fitt und erholt gefühlt.

My icetub was delivered on time and I’ve been using it on daily basis for the past 2 months. I really enjoy the size of the tub (I’m 100kgs), and the cooling unit keeps the temperature consistently so it’s ready for my morning routine. The customer service was really helpful so I’d recommend the product and the company.

I got my Icetubs Barrel about a month ago now and I've been using it everyday since! The looks are fantastic, all the all other ice baths that I had were mostly plastic looking, the wood and RVS really makes a difference. Cooling engine & the app work perfect. I set it to a schedule now so I can take a dip every morning around 7.

If you're serious about taking ice baths, I would highly recommend Icetubs!
