The product is good, but it came 4 months later and not as advertised. The communication is very poor.

A really wonderful tool. Use the barrel after each training session to prevent injuries and fasten recovery. It really help: after 5' minutes inside I really feel my energy restored and no soreness in muscles.

I recently purchased an icetub from Icetubs and I am thoroughly impressed! The quality of the tub is exceptional, with robust construction and sleek design that fits perfectly in my backyard. The setup process was straightforward, and I was able to get everything running smoothly in no time.

One of the standout features is the temperature control system that allows me to quickly adjust the water temperature to my liking. Whether it’s a chilly plunge after a sauna or a slightly warmer soak on a cold day, this tub meets all my needs.

Also the filter system works great, after 4 weeks still clean water!

I have the hot/cold combi tub and have been using it almost daily for just over a month. Man oh man it's incredible. Starting the day with a 3min 5c dip gets me going. It takes about 4-5 hours to go from 5 to 39, super easy to control with the app.

It's easy on the eyes and is made from top quality products. Awesome investment. Assembly was simple and straightforward. The whole team has been great, whether it's on the phone or via email - kudos!

The lone surprise came from the delivery - the 3rd party company only brings it to your door. Luckily I had a little board with wheels on it and was able to get it into the backyard. Maybe one day they'll include installation as an option.

I Just received my Barrel from ICE TUBs and I am really impressed. The build quality is excellent and the chiller works brilliantly and efficiently. I have mine set at 5 degrees C and 6 minutes every morning is the perfect way to start the day. I dealt with Thomas in sales and he is knowledgeable and very responsive to queries. Top class product.

Nach einer Fahrzeit von 6 Stunden und knapp 600 km sind wir (mein Bruder und ich) bei Joep von Icetubs angekommen und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Joep hatte das Barrel bereits mit Wasser gefüllt und die Wassertemperatur lag bei ca. 9° Celsius.
Da er mit unserem Eintreffen erst gegen 13 – 14 Uhr gerechnet hatte, wurde uns angeboten wir sollten zu Mittag essen und danach wäre das Eisbad auf die 3 ° heruntergekühlt.
Aufgrund unserer Fahrzeit und des Verkehrs hatte Joep ein offenes Ohr und wir starteten mit unseren Fragen zum Produkt.

Wir fanden ein sehr qualitativ hochwertiges verarbeitetes Produkt vor. Unser Fragen zur Kühlung, Durchlaufmenge, Einsatzbereich, Aufstellort, Wartung usw. konnten alle vorab zielgerichtet beantwortete werden.

Die Größe des Ice Barrel XL ist für etwas beleibtere Personen (125kg) mit 1,90 m sehr gut geeignet. Auf der Sitzfläche (persönlich Kunststoff besser als Edelstahl) haben die Knie nach vorne noch Platz. Die Schultern befinden sich aufgrund der Fasstiefe von 1,20 m ebenfalls komplett unter Wasser. Das Ein- und Aussteigen funktioniert problemlos.

Beim kleineren Ice Barrel Fass aus Edelstahl hatte ich das Problem, das ich mich nicht hineinsetzen konnte. Dieser Durchmesser ist für kleinere Personen geeignet.

Allgemein sahen sowohl die Barrels als Wannen sehr hochwertig in der Verarbeitung aus. Wir haben bei unserem Besuch ein Ice Barrel XL bestellt und freuen uns in 8 Wochen auf die Anlieferung.

After our 6-hour trip of just approx. 600 km, we (my brother and I) arrived at J's and were be given a very friendly welcome. Joep from Icetubs had already filled the barrel with water and the water temperature was around 9° Celsius.

As he had not expected us to arrive until around 1 - 2 pm, we were been offered lunch and then the ice bath would been cooled down to 3° Celsius. Due to our travel time and the traffic for the return drive, Joep had an open ear and we started with our questions about the product.

We found a very high quality product. Our questions about cooling, flow rate, area of use, installation location, maintenance, etc. where been all answered in advance.

The size of the Ice Barrel XL is very suitable for slightly larger people (125 kg) at 1.90 m.
There is stillroom for the knees to move forward on the seat (personally, glass fiber is better than stainless steel). The shoulders are also completely under water due to the depth of 1.20 m. Getting into and out of the bath it’s no problem.

With the smaller stainless steel ice barrel, I had the problem that I could not sit down in it. This diameter is suitable for smaller people.
In general, both barrels and baths looked very high quality.
We have been ordered an Ice Barrel XL during our visit and now we are looking forward to the delivery in 8 weeks.

I preordered an icetubs barrel lite in November 2023. The estimated delivery time was about 12 weeks. In the end it took 17 weeks, but the communication about the delivery delays was always very good. In fact it was almost a bit to much communication. I get everyday tons of e-mails, and, especially in the beginning (November /December) there were also lots of advertising mails from Icetubs. I have to admit, that I didn't read every mail, though I lost out on some very important information. I originally ordered the Icetub barrel because of its size. My front door is only 95cm wide. I needed an Icetub that would fit thru the door. Well I missed the mail that the size of the tub was changed and I was quite surprised when it finally arrived and I couldn't fit it in my house. But with the help of the Icetubs support and little "woodwork", I finally got it in place. I recommend reading all mails exactly :).
The Icetub itself is great, very nice looking, more than enough room to fit in. Everything seems to be very high quality. But I have some small issues :
1. The filter sits in the bath between your feet. It does not fit very tight on the tub. If you hit it (very light), it will fall off. I had to use some Teflon seal tape to secure it.
2.It would be great, if the outlet had a valve/faucet. It took a few trips to the home depot to get the right suff (sealing e. g.)
3.A little more instructions on how to set up the bath and cooling machine would be nice.
4 Obviously the Icetub lite comes with out a cover and a step/cover for the cooling machine. It would have been nice, if someone had given me a notification and an offer /quote with my order. I definitely need a cover+step to get in and had to order both now (hope it will not take another 17 weeks:)).
All in all it took me about a week to get everything working, but ones it works, the experience is great.

Before a bought the Icetub I had a rough path with Icetubs for a year. I could look through the beginners problems of a new and quick rising company in the world of icebaths. Because of that I eventually bought the 3rd product of them (lying icebath from steel and wood) and i'am really happy with it.

I use it as a big service value for my personal training client in my PT Studio. Besides that I enjoy it myself on a daily base.

Uptill now I got the Icetub for 3 months and I can honestly say that it's working great and it also looks very nice! Water temperature regulation true the connected app is a great tool to have. As up for my standard I clean the water on 2 weeks notice, could be longer but it feels better fresh!

At this moment customer service is on point, what I said earlier..in the beginning there grow was a bit to fast.

Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn ochtend te starten met een ijsbad van Icetubs. Het bad is altijd klaar voor gebruik en ik heb geen ijsklontjes nodig. Ik voel me elke dag een stuk energieker, ik kan niet meer zonder!
