My shipment from Hylus was a bit delayed to COVID slowdowns, but when I received my product the support team reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience, and was very helpful.
The product is better than I expected and they were really easy to install on my walls. Extremely happy with the results. I will be getting more products from Hylus in the near future!

Skateboard damage now resolved. Product looks great!
I ordered 6 skateboards. 1 came chipped and another With a missing dot on the black part of the paint so you can see through to the wall. I sent a damage request and did not hear back so sent an email to the info@Hylus address and they got back to me. It took a little time but I have now received my replacement product. The skateboards look great in our family room!

Great, high quality products which arrived quickly and safely packed.
I had a question about a product before purchasing it and got such a friendly and fast response by the customer service.
I also think the service after purchasing the products needs to be appreciated. Got an email with full instructions on how to hang up the boards on the wall.
Great job! I would always choose hylus again.

They should give you real advise and observations for personalized designs. If me as a customer send the design and it has a flaw, and I’m paying for that personalization experience you shouldn’t just asume that your work is over since your dont have to design it. A quick heads up as an expert designer could prevent production flaws
