Happy with product
Had an issue and a few hiccups. Luckily Hylus was receptive to my issues and made it right. Overall satisfied and the board looks great hung up on the wall in my sons room.

We market our items as Acrylic Glass everywhere on our website. The first image a visitor can see when visiting hylus.com states "Welcome to HYLUS Acrylic Glass Wall Art". We don't mean to be condescending, this is just a fact.
We apologise, we weren't aware of your situation when you reached out to us originally 2 days ago, there is no mention of you being 9 months pregnant in your original message. You received our standard response as your order was deliered almost a month ago. Of course considering your situation we will be making an exception and sending a free replacement board to you, as we've aleady mentioned to you in an email today sent by our Customer Services Executive Sara - this email will be in your inbox.
We do send out free replacements for products which arrive damaged in all cases, provided it is communicated with us within a reasonable time period after the delivery date, this is standard practice and consumer law, which we follow.
