When I spoke to Laura today I found her a most helpful and supportive person,she spent her time going over the questions she asked and the options being offered to me.
Laura told what options that were available and which hopefully I have made the correct decision.

Steve was very helpful and gave me advice which was alternative too what I was enquiring and a better outcome

Gave advice to my late mother to Jane just her on her pension after she had suffered a stroke no higher rate given and 0% years protected so she had her pension for 6 months passed away and this company & JUST took over £100,000

I've been a bit anxious about going through this process, scams, hard-sells and pushy advisors. I needn't have worried, timely meeting with Laura who was able to put me at ease, give me all the info I needed to make the right decisions, (even though she had a little difficulty with Welsh address,, Ll,,,,,, lol, thanks for your help and support,

I have recently dealt with Andy from Hub financial, he was very friendly and professional, he listened to me, understood my needs, he didn't push or use complicated language and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Fantastic people to deal with,I highly recommend them.

I was referred across to Hub as my existing provider couldn't provide the best rate available for my annuity. The handover was very smooth and very capably supported by Laura Herdman who took me through the process whilst dealing with any questions I raised along the way. I must say, Laura was thoroughly pleasant to work with and it was nice to hear her Irish accent as she spoke and referring to pennies rather than pence which is a nice but rare thing these days!

He was excellent- didn’t push a product i didnt need, he actually directed me to a colleague in a different department who he felt would be a better fit for my needs.

Andy Chadwick has just supported my parents through the process, which for 2 very elderly people can be a bit worrying. His patience to manage separate calls with them due to them not being able to be on the same call was exceptional. All risks were identified and great care was taken to ensure that my parents were happy with the outcome. I can highly recommend Andy and his team to work through this process and advise on the optimal solution.

Laura of Hub Finance Solutions went through my pension with me. She had to go through the boring bits and didn't make it painful and then went through the Finance bits in a way I could understand. If I interrupted with a question she didn't sound annoyed and answered in such away I understood, at a level I was happy at and not patronising. By the time we finished I felt I could make an informed decision
