My advisor was knowledgeable and listened to me. She made the whole process uncomplicated. I had approached other companies and it appeared almost impossible to attain an equity release using their systems.

We spoke to Thomas McDermott about pension options and how to make the right decision for our circumstances. He was warm, decent, kind and thorough. While the process was very in depth, everything was explained fully with great patience and professionalism.

We dealt with Jackie Hart. My parents were in need of additional capital to help with their expenditure. I won't divulge what, but want to stress that additional complications were present. Jackie was exemplary at every stage. She explained things clearly, double checking my parents understanding throughout. She has a very calm, clear and approachable nature and is a credit to Hub. To add, I'm an IFA dealing with my own clients on a daily basis (and as POA, unfortunately for Jackie, I sat in on the meetings). Jackie 'sings' Consumer Duty.
