Drew was very patient and made everything easy to understand and fully explained what I need to brush up on.

He is a fantastic trainer! He explains everything very clearly and makes sure we understand what we are learning. He listens to us, is very patient, and takes the time to answer our questions. His teaching style makes learning much easier and more enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend him as a trainer. 10 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ben Waddington is a good, professional instructor; he takes the time to explain things very clearly and simply, and the practical part was wonderful, where we enjoyed practicing like CPR using an AED and managing situations with colleagues. Well done, Ben; we look forward to seeing you again next time at Tate Modern.

Best trainer....They way Ben taught is exceptional and learned alot from him.He knows the art of critical thinking.

Extremely rigid and inflexible student experience. I arrived 9 minutes late to the session—a window during which the class was only completing an initial baseline pre-test, not receiving core instruction—and was completely turned away by the instructor named Prashant. While I understand the importance of punctuality and attendance policies, refusing entry over 9 minutes during individual testing shows zero practical flexibility and results in a poor customer experience. I hope the training center reviews how its instructors handle minor delays.

Confined space training with Al Furminger was good fun keeping the class engaged. The class was delivered at a great pace

Andrew, the electrical trainer, delivered the course very well. He is highly knowledgeable and was able to adapt his teaching style to suit the different learning abilities of each delegate. His approach made the course easy to understand, engaging and informative.

Completed a 5 day SMSTS course online.
My tutor Adam was engaging, knowledgeable and friendly. Uses of interactive recap quizzes throughout added to the experience. Course running via teams was convenient and well set up.
I did have a slight hiccup that my first course was cancelled as not enough delegates turned up day one so required rebooking. My recommendation with this scenario would be to ensure there are more than 4 people booked onto any course beforehand.
I will definitely be returning for further training in the future.

Just completed HSG47 training with Martin, very knowledgeable trainer and presented the course really well that kept everyone engaged.

Jude was very good and very informative and all round amazing for someone thats never done this before.

Did lock out tag out training at HSS West Brom with Michael Parker. He was a great trainer and communicator, adding in some humour and making the session enjoyable. He went above and beyond spending an extra 45 mins after the session giving me advice and knowledge on electrics. Cheers Michael

I passed and Drew Reid got me there. Good teacher. He didn't give us loads of unnecessary information and kept it as simple as possible

The course was well led by Al our instructor, he was very knowledgeable and engaged with the class very well and was always on hand if you wasn’t sure. I’m now qualified and shocked how much information i have retained unlike other courses I’ve been involved with
