in addition to the tiramisu being absolutely delicious, i also want to point out the team’s generosity - there was a delivery snafu on the day i was meant to receive my tiramisu, and the team replaced and hand delivered it for free to the location of my celebrations, acting quickly and staying in touch throughout. thank you for the tiramisu and for saving the day!

5 Stars – Absolutely Outstanding!
We ordered our wedding reception cake from Tiramisu Cake UK, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The cake looked absolutely stunning and tasted just as incredible. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting both the design and the flavour—it was one of the highlights of our reception.
A special thank you to Nada, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, everything was handled professionally, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The care and attention to detail that went into creating our cake was truly exceptional.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be using Tiramisu Cake UK again for future celebrations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality cake and outstanding customer service.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience! I made an order for my wedding and unsure on how to store such a large batch I emailed them for support. They responded really fast and let me know they could deliver on the day. Everyone at my wedding loved it and kept going for seconds! Everyone was able to get a big portion whilst still having some left over

Poor experience
I ordered for a family members birthday. They hashed together the billing address and delivery address. I let the company know with attached photos of the label . I was met with this was my own fault and not theirs and I must have missed matched the addresses. 1. If I did that the bank would not have let me pay as the billing address would have been incorrect details . 2 If I had mashed the addresses you would have seen the same postcode on two completely different addresses. 3. I was told to buy another cake to send as it was my own fault ! Why would I buy again from this company when they got it so wrong . I was also very disappointed with the quality of the postage and packaging due to this was a gift and the quality does not match the costs paid at all . I will never buy again from this company.

However, after carefully reviewing the order, we must respectfully clarify that the parcel was produced, dispatched and delivered to the delivery address submitted with the order. The shipping address recorded on the order matched the shipping label used for dispatch, and we did not manually alter any customer details.
The order was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout and within the agreed delivery timeframe. During our correspondence, the photographs shared with us also showed the parcel bearing the same delivery address as recorded on the order.
We completely understand your frustration that the gift did not reach the intended recipient. However, this was not the result of an incorrect dispatch by our team, as the order was fulfilled and delivered exactly as addressed.
As an independent business, we take customer service seriously and always aim to resolve concerns fairly. While we are sorry that we could not reach an outcome that satisfied you, we stand by the accuracy of our order and delivery records and are happy to cooperate with any independent review of the transaction.

Birthday tiramisu - totally perfect company!
First time ordering and it was my birthday so I was so hoping it would turn out lovely! Totally exceeded expectation, absolutely beautiful, moreish and decadent tiramisu! Creamy with a lovely dense sponge and powerful coffee flavour without being at allbitter - so so good!
The DPD post worked perfectly and the cake was still cold when it arrived. The cake tin is a very cute bonus to reuse! Thanks, will be certainly ordering again - guys seriously - use this company!!

Driver never shown up at our place but then said he missed us at home while we we were inside. Very bad service. He was meant to deliver a frozen edible.

Last minute mega tiramisu order
I ordered a 60 person tiramisu one day before my engagement party, it seemed like an impossible task but after reaching out to the company they assured me they could get it there on time.
On the day because of train delays everyone was late to the party including me and fiancé, but the tiramisu was the only thing arrived on time!
Everyone I contacted at the company was amazing and very helpful throughout the experience. Highly recommend them and it tasted AMAZING!

Fantastic Tiramisu - Service could be smoother
The tiramisu is absolutely delicious - creamy, rich and beautifully made. We ordered a tasting portion as we were considering it for our wedding, and it did live up to our expectations.
The delivery process, however, was a little tricky - there was some confusion about dispatch versus delivery dates, and it took a bit of back and forth with customer service to get the replacement sent. That said, the team was responsive and did eventually make things right.
Overall, the product is excellent and worth it; just be aware of the extra delivery time as it doesn’t seem clear on the website.

Couldn't be happier!
We ordered a Tiramisu for our wedding and our guests LOVED IT! My husband and I have tasted hundreds of Tiramisu over the years and this was one of, if not the best we've tried. Sooooooo yummy.
It was truly the highlight of the evening and was hand delivered to our venue exactly when we had asked them to.
We couldn't recommend this company enough!

Extremely disappointing and unreliable - Avoid
I was the most excited about this and got extremely disappointed. Ordered ahead weeks before my wedding last Saturday for it to arrive before 12pm. Got an email slightly before 10am saying the order got cancelled and was going to be delivered Monday instead? I requested a full refund instead and have emailed several times to no reply. Could also find no phone number online to speak to team directly. The communication was appalling and really quite poor to just cancel it with one email, no call and no refund.

We have successfully delivered wedding and event orders across the UK — including long-distance deliveries of over 200 miles — without delays, as these are managed through a more controlled process.
Had we been aware that this order was intended for your wedding, we would have absolutely guided you toward the most suitable option or arranged a more secure delivery method to support your plans.
Regarding your comments on communication and the refund, we sincerely apologies if our response time did not meet expectations. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are continuously improving this area to ensure better support for our customers.
