Would normally have given this company…
Would normally have given this company a 5 star review but the issue comes when you want to return a product. I paid £3.99 delivery for two packages totalling approximately 30kg, which is good value. However the company said they were unable to do this for me as it a special set up they had with DPD. To return the product the best deal I could get was £12.00 and with another courier.

Not interested in customers
We had a problem with next day delivery, partly our fault but shouldn't have been an issue.
Company showed no concern or interest in our side. Only pointed out how it worked for them, basically they don't need or care about our custom.

Cant return ANY coloured paint
When ordering paint be aware that you cant return paint of ANY colour, this includes ANY Farrow and ball. Even if unopened unused and in original packaging.

I'm sorry to see you have left us a 1 star review as the item you ordered is non returnable. You can absolutely return any pre mixed retail paints for a full refund it is just the bespoke tinted to order paint you can't return which unfortunately does include Farrow and Ball. All of our bespoke tinted to order paints are clearly advertised and we do advise on each product page and in our delivery terms that these paints are tinted to order and therefore non returnable.

Excellent service
Was not sure about the colour I was matching to, Customer services were excellent, to start with they answered the phone, always a good start these days! They were knowledgeable efficient and friendly and the paint was spot on, so advice was correct. And the paint arrived the next day which it needn't have done as it was a Saturday, did not expect until Monday. Will buy all my paint from Next Day from now on,
