I just completed the 2 day SSSTS course with Mark Spencer and by the time it came to the final assessment, it was a breeze. Mark was very thorough on teaching each topic, ensuring complete understanding. His knowledge is top tier!! Highly recommend HSS for any supervisors out there...

Had Lock out, Tag out training today with Drew. A very well delivered course with the information given in a way that was easy to retain and apply to the practical test.

Trainer delivered content well my only criticism is that the GE700 could be a little bigger even on a larger screen

Had operatives booked on a PASMA course at Dagenham, operatives had shown up on time only to find that it had been cancelled. We booked a second time on another date only to find that it had been cancelled again without notice.
Booking through HSS is a complete waste of time and will not be doing this again or recommended anyone to book with these timewasters.

Adam delivered an excellent course throughout. Delivering SMSTS online and keeping a group engaged for that length of time is not easy, particularly when everyone is indoors, the weather is good and tiredness naturally starts to creep in, but he managed it extremely well.

The pace of the course was very well judged, with breaks managed brilliantly and at the right times. The presentation itself was clear, engaging and easy to follow, and the explanations behind the different subjects gave good context rather than simply working through the material.

The breakout sessions were also very well organised. Moving people into different rooms, bringing everyone back together and keeping the exercises flowing all worked without a hitch and helped keep everyone involved.

Throughout the course there was clear direction on what we were doing, why we were doing it and what was expected from us. Questions were dealt with properly and the whole course felt well structured and professionally delivered.

A really strong course and a very good example of how online training should be delivered. Well done, Adam.
