The wine purchase was fine
The wine purchase was fine, however the packaging was very concerning. Though the separators were in the box, they weren’t used the bottles were touching and one was upside down. Thankfully nothing was broken.

With regards the packaging, we will investigate this with our warehouse team to see if there is an issue when packing slightly wider bottles, such as Billecart.
